Had a problem with getting a "program" to work with the camera, but finally bypassed all the offerings to download programs and went to Google Camera. Works very well- The resolution is very good, works good in lo light, the ring light won't wash out the picture, and autofocus is very good..

Very easy to install and so much better image quality than my laptop’s camera!I like being able to change the angle to my liking, especially when I am plugged into an external monitor, so I can look at the monitor rather than going from the monitor to the laptop camera.

I do between 5 to 10 zoom meetings a day. I wanted something that had lighting as well as camera. With the three light settings I found this worked great. I am a graphic designer / photographer. So I wanted my zoom image to be as good as I deliver in our work. This camera does that.

This camera has decent image quality and it has pretty smooth video. The Ring light works well. The exposure settings is where this falls down or else I would've rated this much higher. The auto exposure over exposes badly if you're in a sunny room and there's bug in the firmware where if I set the exposure manually, whenever I deactivated and activated the camera it would reset the exposure. They could fix this in firmware but there was no fix as of this writing.I'd say if you are in a windowless room then you're probably good to go with this cam.

The camera glitches the whole time I use it. Not sure if it’s the camera or interface with my computer. I contacted the vendor who sent another one right out. Same experience.

Had a few glitches with this---I don't blame the device but my computer and Windows. Just disable your integral one and this will be recognized w/o hassles. The light works very well but is almost too bright---but would be great for very dark situations. The auto exposure on the camera easily compensates for backlit situations. Very clear video and sound.

I like the picture quality and the light rings works well. Picture quality is ok, a little washed out. I does not have a built in privacy cover but comes with a third party cover that is a sticker...seriously. It doesn't even work. Privacy cover was a big deal for me so I may return it.

I'm hoping a 1-star review catches the attention of the manufacturer, as the price point of this camera deserves a camera cover that is not such a giant pain and isn't so cheap, flimsy, and useless. First of all, the movable part has a little ridge that allows your finger to catch on it to move the slider...and it's on the wrong side (on the sticky side). Second, the stickiness wears off almost immediately. Third, the slider is very hard to move, but when you move it, it slides clean off! I have to painstakingly reinsert this tiny, thin slider into microscopic grooves.Another small issue is that the ring light works, but isn't what you'd expect...it's not as strong or as wide as I wanted it to be, but it does the job.

I bought this primarily for the built-in light after finding both computer and phone cameras for video calls to be problematic because of backlighting from windows. The camera took about 10 minutes to set up with my video conferencing programs and works as expected. The autofocus is a little slow but does focus well, so if you change distance to the camera frequently or otherwise move around a lot it might not be ideal, but if you're sitting in one spot it's fine. I'm using the camera mic for audio and headphones (iPods) for speakers, and everything is playing nice together.
