Overall enjoy these earbuds, comfortable and sound great. 5 sets of ear cushions to choose from and sound is excellent. Only issue I have had is that it's a bit touchy on the controls, I seem to pause my music a lot. Recommended.

The T12 are fairly decent ear buds if your are a music listener. It is a little bit more on the lower frequency side of the EQ spectrum but overall its not bad. On the same note, its not that great either when it comes to phone calls. What I’ve notice when having conversations with the T12’s on, people tend to have a hard time hearing what I am saying even when I am in a quiet environment like a room or an office. I feel like the mic is either to short of a range to the mouth, or the volume of the mic is not loud enough to pick up your voice clear enough. Which led me to returning the T12’s. Again the T12’s are not bad ear buds for listening to music for a long period of time, but when it comes to having conversations with your friends or being in a meeting, I feel the T12’s slightly fall short in my opinion.

My husband and I have used T6’s for years and they are awesome! He decided to upgrade to these and he wishes he had just stuck with the T6. These are way bulkier and just generally not as comfy and don’t sound any better. I feel like they just keep releasing new ones without really adding anything to the design to make money.

I cannot think of one bad thing to say about the Tozo T12 Wireless Earbuds that I bought. They are perfect and the price is reasonable. I have used more expensive earbuds but they did not work any better than these. I highly recommend them.

the arrival was fast. So far the only drawback that they have presented is that when using a single earphone the sound is quite low even with the volume at all levels

I’ve used AirPods, beats, Samsung and multiple other Bluetooth headphones but these are the best ones for the money. Don’t waste your money on AirPods. Last all day at work

Sound is great for its price point. Battery is sufficient for what I use it for. However it's too sensitive and sometimes it randomly stops playing. Fits well, but I think because it's top heavy, it randomly falls out of my ear while walking.
