Wow! No need for expensive air buds!

Good sound quality but starts to slip out of your ear after a while if you’re sweating. Big deal breaker for me was the microphone quality. I make a lot of calls and The mic doesn’t focus on your voice and picks up everything around you and the caller cannot hear you clearly. It literally only worked when i took the earbud out and put it directly in front of my mouth to speak, which defeats the purpose of wearing them. Music sounds good but very dissatisfied and disappointed with the microphone. It also disconnects itself for video calls. If you dont use it for calls, it’s otherwise good for the price and decent noise canceling.

Great device. Good sound. Super easy to charge and fully charged case will charge for weeks. Only complaint, when I run with them, sweat collects in ear until I remove.

I have had a pair of T10 for a couple of years and they are good, but I was ready for an upgrade. Decided to go with the T12 since the T10 were good value for the money and I’m a brand loyal kind of guy.The shape of the T12 is waaayy better than the T10! They are so comfortable and never fall out! The overall sound quality is good and the bass is really full (due to the large drivers). The microphone is good and overall the whole set works better with my devices than the T10 did (the T10 was a pain to get connected sometimes). Also, the touch buttons on the side are a nice addition, although it is easy to hit the button when taking them out and inadvertently unpause my video/music.My only real complaint is about the volume, which is best described as mediocre. The T10 got very loud by comparison. At work I tend to listen with one ear while keeping the other ear open. With the T10 I usually listened between 60-70% volume. With the T12, I have to listen at 100% all the time, and even then it’s not as loud as the T10 at 60%… If you need to listen in loud environments or just really want a loud headphone then I suggest you look elsewhere (possibly even the T10s). Otherwise the sound quality and fit are really good, and I would be surprised if there is anything better in this price range.

Good sound and long battery life. I replaced the original ear buds with the SpinFit CP100. They're much more comfortable now. My only gripe is that they have a tendency to slip off when working out.
