I like how these charge in the case and the charge lasts a long time. What I don’t like is the fit. I thought I had the right size buds attached (which are hard to change), but when I was on an airplane, one kept falling out of my ear. These are good for working out if you get a good fit in the ear!

I bought these for my zoom meetings, so I can't speak to the longevity of the battery life for long listening sessions. After the initial pairing, they connect to my Mac as soon as I put them on and work well for my meetings. The battery number inside is for the case charge and the 2 symbols on the side are for the earbuds themselves. I wish they had an app to customize the buttons or block the buttons as you can change the volume and skip songs if you are using them for a phone. It's easy to accidentally do this if you are adjusting the ear buds.

I dont like how the earbuds move and sometimes fall out when you're chewing, talking or exercising.

I'm very pleased with this purchase. The sound quality meats my needs and the battery life is great. I have no way to evaluate the noise cancellation. They sure beat the outrageous price of the big name brand names.

I love the sound of these earbuds, and how easy it is to pair them. That said, it's too easy to accidentally bump them and reverse what you're listening to, so you have to try to get back to where you were before. That's fairly annoying.

I've been heeing and hawing over doing this review for a few weeks, but now have spent enough time with the T12s to give them an honest review.Going to break this down to 'Good' and 'Bad' sections rather than my normal large paragraph format. So, here we go -->GOOD:- The sound quality. I'm not an audiophile by any stretch, but I think these sound great especially for the price.- The charging case. Quality feels outstanding and the little display that indicates charge status (and % of the charge case) is fantastic. Not only does the case support wireless charging, but each earbud has a magnet in it that attracts it to its bay in the case. Super nice touch there.- The battery life. Super impressive given the size of the earbuds.- The claim of being waterproof seems to hold up. The first day I took them outside to use while washing my car, it took all of nine seconds for one to fall into my wash bucket. It survived without issue and continues to work to this day.- Packaging. For the price, the overall packaging of the T12s is pretty nice.BAD:- Fitment. The T12s utterly failed the yardwork and car wash tests. I went through each included ear attachment piece and they still fall out relatively easy. When sitting relatively still, they seem to stay in OK, though.- Sensitivity of tap controls. It's just too sensitive -- like, when one of the earbuds is about to fall out and you go to put it back in, it pauses or skips tracks. I've also noticed the volume going up or down several times without any input from me.. have seen other people here report this.FINAL THOUGHTS :I really want to like these. So much so that I'm going to keep them and keep at trying to make them fit/stay in better. I feel like I can deal with the overly-sensitive touch controls if they stayed in my ears, especially given the price.I wish I could give these 3.5 stars. With that being said, the value of the Tozo T12s is unquestionably high, and the charge case is fantastic, so 4 stars it is. Will absolutely come back and update this review if I can get them to stay in my ears while doing work outside!

Arrived on time. Package intact. Charger and buds look contemporary and we'll made. Instructions were clear. No problems using. Sound is very good for both voice and music. Does not have noise cancelling.

Love them. One complaint would be I can't hook up but one device at a time.

The sound is leaps above in terms of quality versus my older pair.The fit is a little bulky, but tolerable.I don't have any of the issues of losing connection as with others, and the battery lasts fairly long. Allowing me to finish chores and whatnot, and still be listening to my favorite tunes.Definitely a upgrade from the "other guys" earbuds.
