Very very good product ans customer service were very professional and attentive... I had an issue with the first set and they sent me a second with no hesitation which was incredible. Definitely a five star for customer service and the way they sound when you put them on.

I bought 2 pairs of firacore true wireless earbuds and what I like most is the clear sound quality and the long battery life. Also, these earbuds are easy to use and so far I did not get any problems with either the earbuds or the charging case. I would definitely recommend this product.

I got these because I was tired of being attached to wired headphones and constantly ripping them out of my ears. They stay in and they’re easy to connect to my iPhone Bluetooth. I gave them 4 stars because the sound isn’t deep. I’m not an expert, but I feel like the sound could’ve been better. Not sure if the sound can be adjusted but other than that, they’re great. For the price, I’m very happy.
