A really good headset with everything you need but the only thing is the microphone quality and the sound it makes for other people when you turn it off and on is very loud and annoying other than than that best thing you can get for price

I purchased the headset to use at work at home and it has stopped working. The sound is garbled and persons are not able to hear me. I am very disappointed in how soon it hoe soon it has stopped working.

Honestly, these are some of the best headsets you can get for the price. I remember owning a pair of Razer Krakens that were alright in sound, but only lasted a couple weeks of just regular game use. These however, are somehow more comfortable, better sound quality, and so far are holding up really well compared to my krakens and electras. It comes with a pretty long warranty so if a problem does come up you can just return them within a lot of time. If I haven't sold this product to you yet, the detachable wires for this thing are awesome and the mic quality is superior to older mics I had. My friends even had to take a double take on who I was when I first used these. Please do yourself a favor and give these a try.

My partner got me these headphones for work .... they’ll work one day with my computer next day it won’t , all settings have been changed each time. I have a Lenovo computer & a acer box . It works fine some days all others it doesn’t .

Very foggy audio. When playing on PS4, my friends can hear audio that only I'm supposed to hear in my ears. The ear pads are horribly deflated. The box came scuffed and looked like it was bottom of the barrel from their inventory. The wires it came packaged with were already opened in the box, it looks like they just resold me a used set that someone had returned. Trash quality, trash product, never buying from this company again in my life. No stars, zero.

The mic quality is good and the so is the sound quality, but there is an apparent ringing sound others can hear and echo even when your mic is Muted
