The product is very good, light weight , bright color, easy to use with very soft ear coverings. Unfortunately the audio cable and mic was broken probably during shipping. However the customer support team confirmed on taking care of the issue immediately.

It's a very comfortable headset. The surround sound app is a bit buggy but it does the job.

Feel sturdy and are extremely comfortable. The 3.5mm cable locks into place so it can't pull out. The cables have a soft rubber feeling and are long but have nice hook and loop straps to shorten them up to the length you want. I would gladly purchase again.

These headphones are the best I've purchased thus far. The sound is clear and they are extremely comfortable even after hours of gaming. I absolutely recommend this product.

Well..when it’s all said & done, I’m actually pretty damn happy with the headset. Only downside was that it took some figuring out by way of good ol’ trial & error as far as installing & setting up the 7.1 surround sound driver enough to finally gain access to the settings/control panel.

Love the construction. Very well made. Was a gift for Fathers Day and its amazing. Use as a full time streamer on twitch and my teammates and chat say its awesome too. Love the red lights on earmuffs too. Great headset for a great price.

My kid loves this headset. I was thinking of breaking it in 1/2 though, bc he never seems to want to do anything else but play video games ;(
