Bought this for my call center job. I have used them a couple of times and they are amazing! The noise canceling is great while I am working and it helps my focus on my calls and not get distracted. The sound works really well. I love the headset for the cool feature of the lights and they're comfortable to wear.

Was looking for a headset on Amazon with both USB and 3.5mm compatibility, and miraculously stumbled upon this headset (I think it was like a recommended from another headset I happened to be on). Anyways, if you come across this headset as well looking for both compatibility options, you came to the right place. Sound is good, although not like crystal clear or anything. Gotta keep in mind this isn't top tier headset. But for what you get, it's pretty freaking good. Plus you can play with the sound settings that you like (I like my bass to be slightly louder and was able to accomplish this). Mic quality is good according to my friends and when I hear myself talk it's not bad at all. Headset is a little tight for me and the ear cups just fit my ears, so my ears hurt a little bit after wearing for an extended time, but no crazy complaints.So reason for the 4 stars (I would have rated 4.5) is because the software that you need to download to play with the sound settings is not as straight forward to do. I tried downloading the "Old" version because the box my headset came in looked to be the old style, but the download didn't work and I kept getting this annoying error. Ended up uninstalling and wiping from my computer. I tried the "New" version, and for some reason, this one worked, although I get a blank icon which is weird to me, but not an issue really.So other than the weird software download, I really like this headset and I think the TRUE multiple compatibility with USB AND 3.5mm beats out a lot of the other headsets that have just 3.5mm. For the price point, I think you really are getting a good bang for your buck.

Son loves these for Xbox One. Very comfortable, great sound. Mic broke about 5 months after purchase, but Amy at customer support was great at getting us a replacement with an improved 3.5mm cable that fixes the mic problem. Comes with a 24 month warranty. Definitely recommend.

I did not even have to attach images or anything because the product is exactly as shown in the pictures on the listing itself. I don't even know where to get started with this headset. The headset comes in a purple box in a EKSA premium quality leather bag, I mean are you kidding me, that is quality and customer satisfaction at it's best. I highly recommend you upgrade to the Pro version which is the EKSA e900 Pro.When it comes to the quirks and features of this product the pro has everything you could need it has a USB type A to USB type C which can be used not only for headphones but for anything. Secondly the other thing I liked about this headset is that the volume control and the mute button are all on the headset itself versus on the wire which can get quite annoying and heavy, so that is another reason to upgrade to the Pro version. The creator of this headset also kept the portability in mind and made the mic detachable, so if you need to carry your headset just take out the mic and put it in your premium quality EKSA leather bag and carry on. Truly impressed with this product. If you don't want to spend $100 to get a premium headset with a longer lifespan than a bluetooth headset please get this.
