Not gonna lie it’s good I just didn’t get no mic... kinda upset ngl... so if the company or Amazon sees this it would be nice if I come home to a mic tomorrow....

I have had this headset for a few months and it was working fine. Used for Zoom calls during the 'Rona. Recently, it's been randomly disconnecting from USB. System switches back to internal speaker/mic then switches back to headset (most of the time). I've tried different USB hubs and directly connected to laptop. Problem seems to follow the headset, not the USB port.So, while I didn't spend a ton of money, I need it to be 100% reliable. That's why only 3 stars.

I’ve been using these headsets for a while and can’t say I’ve had any problems with them! They have a solid mic and are comfortable to wear, only issue may be that the mic can be a little better, but it makes up for it with the turn off switch to make it silent instantly.

Been using these for 2 years now. Sound quality is great and the leather is surprisingly soft. And the mic, damn its good. I just got it to work recently again. I thought the mic broke but one day it just started working again.

After two months of living in the headphones (10+ hrs a day), the jack became fidgety and the right ear bounced in and out. I had adored the headphones so far and emailed customer service. An immediate reply and a few days later, I had new headphones at my doorstep.The sound quality is great for listening to music & podcasts (though others can hear what you listen to relatively well), the microphone is sufficient for Dungeons & Dragons over Discord, and the comfort is SUPERB (I have a small head).Best purchase of the year! If you are settling with earbuds or uncomfortable headphones and want an upgrade at a cheap price, I highly recommend these.

I'm wondering if I could get instructions on how to get the mic to work on pc because it doesn't register it on input in sound settings. I can hear sound but I can't produce it with the mic. That's the only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars.

This product is really good overall, the sound quality and the mic quality were both good. The cushions were also really nice. The only downfall I can think of is I can wear the headphones for a long period of time because the ear cuffs squeeze my ears to tightly.

This is my second pair. I love these so much I bought my wife a pair. Great sound great mic and comfortable. I would take a crate of these!!! Mic is removable and all controls are on the headset.

The bass is a bit too much but you can still hear things clearly.I was quite surprised when i heard how clear music sounded.Definitely worth the money.
