I bought two of these for my children to use on the Xbox. Both sets had their microphone stop working. One lasted two months, the other 4 months.

Even though I ordered used. I would never have guessed it myself. It was as if it was brand new. Very satisfied.

Bought for my 14 yr old G'son. He says they are perfect for gaming and the sound is awesome. Pretty sure they drown out outside noise because he never answers unless I wave at him!

These headphones were amazing when they arrived. Great sound quality, usefulness with the different adapters for computer, phone, music player, etc. However, after a month, they stopped working. I can no longer speak into the headset and have anyone hear me on the other side. It is so unfortunate that these are now useless. I will contact the seller to see if either a refund or exchange is possible.

Super comfortable and good mic quality. The sound volume could definitely be louder on these but overall good product.

This product seems pretty high quality for the price.

I tried three different brands before getting these including Logitech, Mpow and Razor. I won't go into any detail about the other one's but they all had issues, some were manufactures quality control problems and some were things I just didn't like about them. Now these have everything I like, comfort, price, sound quality, built quality and simplistic design. All of the cables disconnect from the headphones which was a big plus for me in buying these. I am not a big multiplayer person basically because there are too many cheaters and playing against players that are way above your level is like Pee Wee Herman fighting Mike Tyson. So the microphone being able to detach was great. Also the USB power cord is also detachable is great which I will replace with a red braided one to match my headphone colors and maybe a foot or so longer. The sound quality with the USB cable on the PC will be 7.1 surround which sounds incredible. I am hearing things in my games that I never heard before either through other headphones or my speaker system. The LED on the ear muffs are a nice touch and not over the top but only on the PC. Here's my only gripe and that is directly for Eksa and that is the software so you can do some sound tweaking. When trying to install this software on your Windows 10 it won't let you unless you disable your Virus protection software which in my case is Norton360 or your Windows Defender. That to me is a problem but I wanted to try it so after several tries I finally had the software on my desktop only to find that when I tried to open it all these different errors started popping up like device not detected and some other ones. I checked YouTube and some people had no problems and some did. Fix it Eksa!!!!! Pretty much all headphones are made in China and that's what we're stuck with that's why I am on my fourth pair. I believe the software is not a must have for these because they sound fantastic without it. It would be hard to beat these for this price and features, believe me I looked and tried and these I will keep.

The headset worked great, but the cord kinked and became an issue. Eksa replaced the entire unit for free.
