The sound quality is great while listening to music or something like that but is terrible when talking to someone on the phone using these

Minor issue is getting the ear buds out of the charging/storage case. When in the case the smooth outer surface is the only thing exposed and they are difficult to remove. At least for larger fingers like mine.

This is my first time buying this type of headphones. They are very well made that stay in place while I run or do my workout.

I love that it cancels out all the background noise, I don't have to turn the volume up to max to hear my music or audio books and I can listen all day at work and not have to stop and recharge.I work in an open office cubicle format and the noise is very distracting, well not anymore!!!Highly recommend this product and I plan on buying a travel set so I don't have to remember to grab these when I leave the office.

I like the size, the sound so detailed music and noise cancelling, stays charged for days absolutely wonderful!

Do NOT buy if planning to use while running. Fit comfortably and has a low profile (didn’t stick out or too bulky). Came with different size earbuds.The problem I had when I wore them while running was it sounded like subwoofers in my ears with every step because of trapped pressure. The sound would also cut out often but otherwise sounded great.
