Just a few years ago, I bought the KF BA225, a carbon fiber travel tripod. I didn't use it immediately. When I tried to the first time, the ball head detached from the carbon fiber top pole. I set the tripod aside and didn't use it. Years later, I've come to really need it, so I wrote the company. The warranty had expired, but they listened to me and immediately sent a replacement part. I was surprised at how helpful the customer service was. Again, the tripod was past warranty. KentFaith customer service didn't ask any questions or fight me on it. It was such a pleasant experience that I really wish I had contacted them sooner. As for the tripod, it is all set to go. I'll use it and get back to you.

Contact with the seller is very good. Fast shipping. The ordered parts arrived in perfect condition. The transport was quite long, but overall I am very satisfied.

I needed a few step up adapter rings that I lost out in the bush one day and I was able to contact K&F support and get them sent quickly for less money than having to replace the set. Thanks K&F for supporting your costumers.

I bought a tripod a couple of years ago and only used 3 trips to the national parks. In my latest trip, somehow, the thinnest segment in one lef was loose and eventually was lost during my trip. I e-mailed the issue to the customer service with photos to describe the issue and asked for a replacement. They responded the next day and only charge me the shipping fee. I got the replacement segment not too long and it was easy to assemble it to the existing tripod. Now, the tripod works well. Thanks for the great customer service.

I was purchasing a Black Mist filter 1/8 magnetic, without an adaptor ring and magnetic cap (as I have those from CPL filter). Everything works great.
