I like it the microphone but it is a bit short wire

This set is an absolute must have for recording videos, vlogs, YouTube and any other recording project you may have the sound quality is amazing the LED light is great and can be stacked I would definitely recommend this set and I will definitely be purchasing with this company in the near future.

I was doing some online researching before I bought this product. And I decided to purchase it. I am very pleased with the quality, feels very high end & very simple to use. Makes everything from photo to vloggers easier. A must “buy” for vloggers!

I record YouTube videos onto a green screen using the front-facing camera of my iPhone 7 Plus. Unless you’re within a foot or so of the mic and are directly in front of it, it’s really not too much different than the phone’s built-in. And since I can’t record my nostrils, I put the mic on a tripod and put it in front of me. Once you nail proximity, the mic is spectacular! It’s not a Rode or a Shure, but there is a notable difference over the built-in iP7p. NOTE: You HAVE to plug the mic into the dongle, then plug the dongle into the phone and make sure it’s fully plugged in (you’ll feel it). If you plug in the dongle first then plug in the mic, it probably won’t work.The light is super bright. Thank goodness it’s adjustable. If you make this your only light doing inside videos with no ambient lighting, you’re going to have hot spots on your face. NOTE: Make sure the switch is turned OFF before you install the batteries! If you install bats while the switch is on, the light won’t come on. Go figure.The tripod stand serves better as a selfie handle than a tripod, but it’s not bad enough to give it a negative review. It is sturdy and holds well.Four stars not because of functionality, but because most people would return it as non-functional if they didn’t know about the battery trick of the light and the dongle “trick” of the mic.

Great product. It is sturdy, easy to use, and works great. The microphone is good and the light is a very nice feature if you are filming at night. It is a good investment for the money.

Best $50 spent! This was a great investment for a beginner vlogger like myself!

I am SO ecxited to use this Smartphone Video Microphone Kit!! I purchased this KIT to start my podcast and enhance my Facebook page. It took me less than 10 minutes to set everything up. It is so light weight. I can record ANYWHERE!!!!! I will use this often.

It is good if you want to take front video. However, if you want to take top view videos and want to show only your hands, i don’t recommend. When i tilt the camera to record my hands, it get unbalanced and fall down.

Microphone doesn’t work with lightning adapter. Real bummer.
