Bought this for my husband who is on the phone a ton during the work day. Sounds super clear when I call him and he said the sound quality on his end is also great. Great battery life.

I have tried many bluetooth headsets in the past. I bought this one hoping that it would fit into my ear and would have great sound quality. I hit the target on the sound quality, but not the fit. Since the headset doesn't fit into my earlobe well, the mouthpiece also doesn't sit in the right position and people on the other end of the calls complain that they can't hear me. I'm a bit disappointed in its quality since this headset was fairly costly and I had high expectations. I wouldn't buy this item again.

This is a nice low cost option. The call quality seems good and it pairs to both my computer and my phone with minimal hassle. It's fairly comfortable, but I dont think I'd want to wear it all day. I have a plantronics unit that is signifcantly more expensive and isn't nicer, except that it offloads all the functionality to a powered base -- that creates a slightly lighter ear piece. For units with all the functionality in the ear piece though it seems like this one is fairly comfortable.

I never expected to get an ear piece that are not expensive as other brand and has the best quality ever. It has a strong signal longer then 10meter sound is not less than higher end brand's (I had them so I know).So please don't consider buying it, just BUY IT.

This headset seems to have been designed with a smaller ear in mind, i have medium sized ears and this headset is very uncomfortable to wear, even for a short period.

For many years I swore by the Plantronics Voyager Legend Over the Ear Headset.....I probably purchased 20 of them over the years at an average cost of 99 each.....I finally got tired of their dwindling quality & exorbitant prices...and tried this.....All I can say is WOW....double the talk time of plantronics...greater range when you inadvertently walk away....EASIEST to Pair (the 5200 P) is absurdly difficult...and while it doesnt appear to have a voice activated *answer/ reject call* feature....who cares....its a complete winner especially for the $$$$
