Captured clear shots of wildlife

The camera I received had seal issues that allowed rain into the case. This company’s customer service department went above and beyond to make the situation right. I would feel confident in doing business with this company in the future.

I chose this camera based on price and reviews. Its interesting that i am now writing a review for a free random prize that i may or may not get. It says i have to write 30 characters to get past this field so here we go! the camera seems to work ok. i set it up to try to catch people throwing out trash. i wanted a cheap camera in case they stole it so here we are! not trash thieves caught yet!!

Survives my attic summer 130f temps. Surprised and very pleased.

I love the clarity of the video’s in night mode! It’s very easy to use and to understand the instructions. Very happy !I set this camera up to see what has been leaving droppings in my flower beds. Turns out it’s a racoon family! Cute…. But dirty!

I have been using this camera for about 2 months and i feel I know how it works fairly well.First, the good: It takes excellent quality pictures, even at lowest resolution. It takes amazing pics at night with zero available light. It does the essential job very well.Now the not so good: Documentation is ok but translation into english is very poor and that makes it difficult to follow and takes away from the overall value of the camera. Makes it very amateurish.It now includes the memory card, nice, but that is not documented anywhere. Vendor: I understand it is a recent change and your documentation has not been updated, but you could at least put a slip of paper in there explaining that the card is now included. Leaving us guessing turns a positive change into a negative.Same with batteries - come on, only 4 included? Very cheap of you, include 8 and raise the price a dollar or two.A lot has been written about battery life, so far that seems ok to me. Not great but it seems to be acceptable.It would be nice if there was a viewer on the outside of the camera so you know what area you are going to photograph. We are left to placing the camera and hoping it is right.So...despite my frustrations, it does the job very well and if it the documentation was better I would have given it 5 stars for sure.

Product performs fine but has problems in the documentation: 16 MP or 20 MP?, 4 AA or 8 AA batteries?

I have the camera and video set to highest settings for quality images and video. Day Images are blurry when zooming in and video is just average.Night photo and video always black image or black video with no detail. We are talking pitch black.8/16/21Now the video camera no longer takes video. I formatted the card after last photos and when I accessed the camera today all the same images were on camera and it took no new ones. It was there for a week or more in driveway and between us coming and going and delivery's no images or video. This is the second time video did not record. This thing is a piece of junk. 7 Months old.9/23/21Received an email from "[Important] VIKERI camera after-sales team" today. It was from a Gmail address so I am suspicious if this in in fact the manufacturer (Vikeri) They are offering to send a new camera and want my shipping address. They also included information on how to remove this post from Amazon. It is nice if this in in fact Vikeri that they are making the offer for the free new camera but I am not convinced right now so if Vikeri is watching please let me know it came from you.9/30/21Well well, a company with honor. Young entrepreneur's take notice. I never spoke with them about the issues I just posted here and called it a loss. Well they read the post and sent me a new camera and not at my request. That says a lot.Just for this reason alone I would buy from them again. Any company that takes this kind of proactive action deserves 5 stars alone. Something we do not see often without a big hassle.

I have only had this for a few days but so far it's working great. Haven't had any wildlife show up yet but once I get some on camera and can validate how well the camera works I will update my review.After using the camera for a couple of weeks now, I have to admit that I am impressed with how well this camera has been working. I placed the camera next to our lake to see what critters were lurking around. This camera has been picking up animals day and night that we had no idea were there.So far very pleased with this purchase and have upgraded my review to a 5 Star and considering getting a second one.
