As I continue to build out my new home's infrastructure, I decided to try some solar-powered cameras for outdoor monitoring. While I already have rechargeable battery-powered cameras, I wanted to mount a set of cameras higher for a wider field of vision, but thereby resulting in a more difficult experience in recharging. However, I didn't want to jump into the most expensive offerings, as I want to be sure solar power would be sufficient during the short days and weaker sun in the winter.I am incredibly surprised at this package, which is essentially a rechargeable camera + a micro USB solar panel (so theoretically, the panel may be used to recharge more than 1 device). Not only was this powerful enough to keep the camera charged during a few rainy days of the past week, I also inadvertently found out the device is water resistant enough to withstand a proper downpour.Overall, I'm glad I took the leap on this, and I intend to buy more once the new house is more "built."

I moved to a new apartment a few months ago. It was a nice apt before I lost several packages. Also some strangers just ring the doorbell and ran. So I ordered this security camera. It is very easy to install, just 3 screws. I loving shopping from Amazon and I didn't lost any packages so far since I installed the camera. Also, the camera caught the person ring the doorbell and ran away. I have provided the information to the leasing office. I love it since it is wireless and solar rechargeable. You know it is not easy to install at apartment if is not wireless. Stay safe.

The first one went on the back door. Friends were very impressed with sharpness of pictures and depth for monitoring traffic at our driveway entrance. This one went up just as easy on the front door and now enjoying the security of monitoring the home even better !

Easy install nice feed only memory is a bit expensive

We have an area in front of our garage that we cannot drill through so this solar powered camera works great. We installed in on a post that sticks out from our garage and where it's at, it gets sun all day long, no matter what time of day. We were able to angle the camera just right that we would not only get in front of our house but the only neighbor that we have too. We're able to see who turns the corner and can clearly see license plate numbers whether it's day or night. We live in a condo complex and this thing has some great night vision. We were having some issues with people attempting to break into cars and the one camera we do have that requires it to be plugged in, the angle of it does not get plate numbers, just the cars and the people attempting to break in. With this camera, I'm able to get the angle that we need and can clearly see license plate numbers either in the front or the back. This was really easy to install and using the app is just as easy. We can take clear pictures while watching the playback and when it comes to videos, we're able to play, pause and even download them. The picture quality during the day is very clear but what surprised me was the clarity of the night vision. There's no blur or grainy looking picture or video. Has really come in handy on several occasions and just makes it easier because the charge that it gets from the sun has kept the power on this camera going.

Worked perfectly fine, initially mike didn’t worked but bought the new one and it was perfect, charged so quickly and solar allows continues charging. Great quality and amazing camera quality.

just what i needed has a great picture easy to use and install i would definitely recommend im going to be getting another one next week delivery was fast and packaging could have been a little better but it didnt het damaged so its good with me

I was looking for an outdoor security camera with wireless conection, and a sollar powered option.The separate sollar panel connection is great because it can be installed in different location.It is easy to setup and install. The motion detection is great. Clear pictures and videos. Great option for SD card storage.I will recommend to others.
