Love that this is solar powered! Put it up on my garage to have a view of the driveway. It was easy to install and the app is user friendly. I definitely feel safer having it up and knowing I can keep an eye on things if I’m away.

--- Pros ---Quality build.Night video is bright.Easy setup.--- Cons ---Cloud service not free--- Thoughts ---Camera is well built, solar panel seems rugged enough for normal usage.The stand/mount that came in the box is not so good, but size seems to be standardized, so any other mounts should work.The CloudEdge app does its job, however cloud recording is a optional purchase. Recommend using a SD card to save motion detection recordings.Video quality looks to be at least 720 HD at 24 fps. Images are a bit grainy, but that's common for security cameras.Overall, kind of pricey, but once set up properly it works like a charm. Plus if placed in the right location, the solar panel ensures almost uninterrupted operation.

* Using this on my patio to watch into the backyard. During the day if kids playing there or in the evening/night for deers.* Simple setup. The app is very simple to get the camera ready. You need to connect the app to Wi-Fi once and add the camera to that after that you can access it from anywhere. You need a regular 2.4 GHz wifi connection for this. I tried connecting to my router wifi which is default to 5GHz and it does not get the camera setup then I moved that to my mesh network setup which is 2,4 GHz it took 2 mins t setup the camera and another 2-3 min to upgrade the firmware on cam.* Solar panel looks well made and the screen is not reflective.* App is very well made and a lot of features. 4+ rating on the Google play store.* Camera has its own battery and can work without a panel also once charged. (Not sure how long it will work still exploring that).* Camera also has a good Night vision and Motion sensor.* Mounting plates and screws come in box. I did not mount it yet as I moving it around the patio.* Solar panel cord to camera is around 10 ft or may be more.

I have got it installed for two weeks. so far so good. easy to assemble and install, less than 1 hour job. two way audio, we can stay inside and watch kids playing outdoor, hear their voice clearly. you may want to consider a 4k camera if reading vehicle plates is a must have.
