Very happy with the camera. App was easy to setup and link camera. Can't beat the price for the quality and performance. The two antennas transmit a great picture. Very cool to get text alerts when motion detected. Picture is a screen shot of app with live viewing. Update - didn't realize how great the sound works - you can hear the birds chirping outside and even neater that you can use the intercom function to talk to someone from your cell phone as they stand there>

We chose this system both because of its solar panel and because you could opt to use an SD card for local storage instead of continuously paying a subscription fee. So far so good---we set this up in 5 minutes and its working great.

With solar panel, no more worry about the hard wiring. Just drill holes on wall, everything finish within 30 mins. Will try if disconnect from solar panel to see how long the battery will last.

Picture is clear, audio is nice. I get alerts when motion is detected. It was very simple and quick to set up on my phone and mount onto the house.

UPDATE 7/28/2021 -The company has contacted me by email with solutions to some of the problems I mentioned below. My concern with the camera only detecting human motion was caused by a misunderstanding of the settings. Turning off the "human" motion detection did not disable all motion detection as I assumed it would, but rather it actually made it to where motion of all kinds triggers the camera which is what I needed.They suggested resetting the camera to try to improve the connectivity, but I haven't done that yet as it's not in a convenient location - I've just accepted that in order to connect and view the video from this camera requires a super fast connection. When I am on wifi I don't have the issue as badly as I used to; most of the time, I'm able to connect to the camera and view the videos the first try. It is still pretty difficult to get a good connection when I am on cellular 3g/4g connections, but we live in an area where cell service tends not to be the latest and greatest, so that probably isn't the camera's fault.I'm upgrading this review from 3 stars to 5. I'm glad that they reached out and offered resolutions and are paying attention to the customer feedback here. I have bought and installed a second camera and I'm pleased on both of them that the solar system seems to be able to keep the batteries fully charged.I still wish it were possible to record for more than 30 seconds. I really would like to have the option of recording for at least 5 minutes after a motion trigger. Even if it kills the battery, if someone drives up in the yard and is messing around or trying to break in, I want to see as much of their activity as possible without being interrupted by the camera stopping and then having to re-detect motion and start recording again repeatedly. I almost made this a 4-star instead of a 5-star review due to this. But, I knew from other reviews and from the Amazon listing that this was how the camera worked before I bought it, so it's not the product's fault and not really fair to downrate for that.ORIGINAL REVIEW -Good things first... the value for money is good on this in spite of a few limitations; the hardware itself seems well-built and the solar power solution is working perfectly. Battery life has been flawless so far and I have the unit set to record as long as and often as possible, so I'm very happy with that and with not having to run wires through the attic. My number one reason for wanting the camera was to be able to see certain areas of the property while we are away from home to ensure all is well, on-demand, and I can do that most of the time, so it's accomplishing its mission.There are two large drawbacks leading to my rating, however. First, the motion detection doesn't seem to recognize vehicles as triggers, only human outlines. In my situation, on a private driveway not in sight of a public road, it really ought to recognize a moving car as suspicious and start recording whether a person gets out and is seen or not. I'm hoping this is something maybe a firmware upgrade or app upgrade in the future might improve; it's probably not endemic to the hardware.The second largest problem for me is that the app fails to display the camera output about 75% of the time but instead shows a percentage counter which times out after the spinning wheel goes around 25 times and tells me the connection failed. This happens on good, strong wifi connections as well as 3G/4G but is noticeably worse on cellular... which means, when I'm away from home wanting to check in on the camera at home, it fails to connect six or seven times before it actually lets me view an image, which is very frustrating. The same thing happens when I try to review the saved videos and again, this happens even when I am strongly connected to the same wifi network as the camera itself, not just when I am on the road using phone data. The app needs to be more accepting of low-bandwidth connections in order to make using this a little less frustrating overall.A smaller annoyance is that 30 seconds is the longest video that can be captured. I'd like to have the option (even understanding that it will compromise battery life severely) to record for 5-10 minutes after a trigger to ensure that I do not miss anything that is happening if we do actually have a problem with an intruder.Overall I'm still glad I have the camera and I actually bought a second unit to cover another area of the property, so I'm not completely dissatisfied, but I'd be a lot happier if the above shortcomings were addressed in future updates since they are programming issues moreso than hardware limitations.

Battery capacity is enormous. Very easy to install and connect!

Product came as advertised and so far has not had any issues. Seems really good for the price.

live in rural area way off road, long driveway, been wanting someway to watch who or what comes down driveway and causes dogs to get excited, hoping this wifi camera does the trick. Expecting good results, instruction booklet seems okay. Will have to go buy micro SD card, should have come with one. More later after getting it installed, but up to now things looking good with it. Charging battery and one reason for buying it was its large capacity battery, more than the others.

Poor night image, unable to identify captured image bad focus. Adjustable lens or zooming camera would be great.
