Don't have to run wires all over the place. It is simple and works well. Gives you a lot of options for placement anywhere there is a signal.

A very impressive security camera. It is working perfectly fine since I bought it. No issue with wireless or battery charge. If it happens you don't receive any alert, just restart like you will restart a computer. Let see, it is still new. It works very fine.

I deployed this out in the yard to cover two sides of a second home. I mounted it in a fake birdhouse on a 7 foot pole. The solar panel fit nicely on the birdhouse roof. The app loaded easily on an Apple phone and I got good wifi signal 70 feet from the router. The daytime livecam views are excellent clarity. Night vision is acceptable. The motion sensor works out to about 33 feet. There is an annoying delay between motion detection and camera on. Some animals run right through without being videoed, my dog being one. However, I am more interested in slower, creeping human types that it will likely catch. I also like to see the condition of the place while we are away, which it does quite well. This unit complements our other security cameras quite well as this one is set away from the house, affording a better view than eve mounted cameras. So far it is holding charge quite well off of solar and sending alerts when I test it. I recommend it based on video quality, ease of set up, and a decent sized solar panel; all priced at under a hundred bucks.
