Great beginner telescope for a child or teenager. Easy to setup and install.Takes great pictures of the moon and stars when a smartphone is attached. This was a gift for my teenage grand daughter.Excellent gift, she was very excited. I would recommend this telescope for anyone.

This was a great 7th birthday gift for my son. It's nice enough that it's not a "toy" telescope, but not too complicated for a kid to figure out. Assembly was easy, took less than 5 minutes. I'd definitely recommend this as a gift for a kid (or an adult, for that matter).

This telescope is good for beginner. As my kid is in 4th grade, it is always excited with new toy. It draw the interesting to read more book about galaxy and stars.
