I got 2 cameras! One is perfect, the other one has an older firmware version and the second ones night vision quality is not so good! I’ve searched how to upgrade that but I couldn’t find it!

I originally purchased the AREBI wifi camera in June of 2019 but was never able to figure it out completely. So on July 5, 2020, I emailed the AREBI customer service team about my issue and was contacted by Alyssa. Alyssa asked a few questions regarding the unit then determined that a new unit should be sent out at no additional cost.A new unit was at my front door by July 13 and completely functioning with a matter of minutes.I went into the adventure with nothing to lose, just hoping for a little help. What I got was a great experience with Alyssa and the AREBi Team,I'm a customer for life.Tim C.

Had a problem connecting the camera to the internet at first. I emailed the 24hour help line and Alyssa was a great help. It took several emails but she got me straightened out. Come to find out I think I had a bad SD card which was new. Special thanks to Alyssa for all of her help!!!

Battery does not last very long at all! It may last for six motion detection’s of only a minute or two long and then the battery is used! He might have to keep it plugged in which is harder to do and be discreet. Disappointed

After purchasing this camera I had some technical difficulties but with the great customer service I received we were able to resolve it. I would highly recommend this product !!

Battery life is pretty bad so I leave it plugged in at a higher outlet . Quality is good enough , I leave my room light on at night . Night vision isn’t great . To record you have to keep your app open at all times , which pretty much sucks . It doesn’t come with a sd card . Motion detection is good , even when sunlight hits the areas you get notified . You get what you pay for . Overall it’s useful .

I must honestly say.! For the great an unbelievable price, this cam has exceeded my every expectation. Also the customer service is fast and very helpful. If you are looking for a great Spy Cam, look no further hands down this is the one.

The current version of the AREBI A10 Plus Video Camera together with the new app, HIDVCAM, works quite well. It was easy to set up as long as you pay attention to the instructions and do things in the order prescribed, much easier than the previous version of the app.

-You need a power bank connected to the camera, otherwise it runs out of battery extremely soon.-You do not need a cloud plan: I put a 32GB SD card in, this way it records a video anytime a motion is detected. Works very well. Then via the app you can browse them by calendar day. No SD card, no good, it only takes a couple of screenshots.- You can select the area on a grid where you want the camera to _not_ detect motions (ex: you want to keep the tree leaves out)- You get notified on your phone with the alarm sound you choose when it detects a motion- You can even control it, monitor via internet (I guess the camera keeps a channel open to a server)- Easy to installNow the (not so) bad:I believe power went off and it went in bad state: no longer connected to wifi router, reset does not work. Just contacted customer support about it. Let's see.Update:Customer support was very helpful (thank you Alyssa) knowledgeable and technical. What turned to be an hardware issue got diagnosed and resolved in three days.Very satisfied and surprised for the level of support I got for the price of the camera!
