Night vision picture quality is excellent, I used it in the alley behind my home to see who was taking my recyclables from my property, and to my surprise it turned out to be my neighbor.

Would have liked a little more battery life. Also a longer cord would help, as well as a stickier pad to hold it. Over time, the stickiness wore off. I will buy some more sticky pads soon. Seems to be a good unit. The setup process was a challenge. After about an hour, I was finally able to connect it to my cell phone. Customer service was good and timely. But, after I had someone to help, I kept getting emails to help. This showed they care.

Trash, sad card slot broke first time , now it just sits guarding trash can waiting for its turn to go out.

I bought this along with another indoor security camera. My idea was to use this as an outside security camera and place it where I could could not be seen. I wanted a small one like this because we’ve had some break-ins recently in our area. In the set up, it wants you to add its own network. And I could not find out why. It doesn’t allow you to use your own network. I just did not feel comfortable using a network and IP address that wasn’t my own. Who knows where that is and who knows who’s running it. So I returned it.

Let me start off with, this is a really quality unit. Comes packaged well and instructions are clear and easy to follow, and it works with a minimum of effortI was concerned that the instructions stated that the camera would only broadcast using it's wi-fi hotspot so long as you were " near" the camera. Emailed support and in a few hours had my answer that their " near " was 30 meters; more than sufficient for my intended use. Which was as an inexpensive car back up cameraUnfortunately the range is fine but camera battery life, when using it's hot spot, was too short to be viable option. Of course you can run it plugged into a USB charger, but that negates the wireless value of this cameraSince my use was so limited, the only real advantage for me was it's light weight over other wired cameras on the market. As usual, your mileage may vary, as will your intended use

Trying hard the last 4 days can’t set up with hotspots.I may return the product I will try one more day and if doesn’t work I will return the product
