Unfortunately, I can't give a positive rating because the camera didn't match the description and there were constant software problems.

The device works well, but it can only be installed on a mobile phone, unfortunately not on a PC because Adobe no longer supports the required Flash player and thus refuses to transfer the image. ctronics does not provide any help on this!!

The camera does what it's supposed to do and installation is a breeze. Totally satisfied

The picture quality is good, but the camera can be controlled a bit sluggishly from the cell phone and I haven't yet figured out how to switch off the permanent lighting at night.

The product works perfectly and is easy to install. The night vision function is also great. Been in use for almost 1 year and there were no problems.

For the price it's a great camera, I didn't think so. The images are razor sharp and the camera reacts immediately to movement. It is easy to install and easy to attach

The camera is highly recommended! I use the camera for the apartment. It can be easily controlled via an app and does what it is supposed to do. In order to create a connection outside of the WLAN, the camera must be connected to your PC via software. As soon as everything is configured, it delivers sharp images, even when you are many miles away from home. Great thing!

Measured by the price, I initially had no outstanding expectations of the quality. After my much more expensive IP dome camera with a metal housing gave up the ghost shortly after the warranty expired, I wanted to test a cheaper model this time. After much research, I decided on this product despite the negative reviews. I didn't need the more expensive version with an optical zoom, since I've never used this feature before. The humanoid detection and movement tracking was interesting.1. Shipping / Packaging Usual fast delivery by Amazon, well packaged.2. UnpackingAt first, a somewhat surprisingly small package with light weight. Already thought of misdelivery, but when opening it found that the article was the cam after all. Everything included, user book, charging cable, Chinese mounting material :)3. Installation setup is recommended on the ground first without assembly. I succeeded on the second attempt with the ctronic app. Due to the bad translation, I was a bit confused at first, but it works with the following steps: Cam to the power supply, install an SD card if necessary - connect the smartphone to the cam's WLAN - scan in the uid (sticker) - confirm. Select camera in the main menu and wlan in the gear menu. Select the correct WLAN from the list and enter the key. Cam was then correctly connected without wireless.4. Installation was relatively easy due to the low weight, the enclosed dowels are sufficient in my opinion, as there is no great load. I connected the breakout cable to the mains cable in a junction box in a watertight manner.
