MAF-L Manual Focus Compatible with Sony A (Minolta AF) Lens to L Mount Camera Body Lens Mount Adapter
SKU: KF06.475
Tried to use with Minolta lenses the particular with the Zoom 50-135 and with the 35 f 1.7 and 85 f 1.8 zero problems. It is certainly not that of the Laica for 800 euros for the old R Optics. But for my MD kit it is fine.

Construction, at least seemingly sturdy and aesthetically on top of Sony mirrorless due to the orange anodized ring. Perhaps there are more refined products as construction, but it does what it needs to do and does it well. For what it costs, I wouldn't look for anything else.

As a non-electronic alternative to the much more expensive Sigma MC-21 adapter, this is great. I also have an MC-21 and the build quality seems comparable - it's sturdy and well made. Note that this is completely non-electronic, so is only useful with fully manual lenses. It doesn't support camera controls (apertures/autofocus), so don't expect to use it with anything where that's required.

While using my Canon EF telephoto lenses sometimes things happen where there is not enough time to swap out lenses. This adapter allows me to use my Canon EF lenses in manual mode on my Leica TL2. I have tried other adapters that say will work with Leica L mount cameras to include the electronics. The ones I tried did not work with my Leica TL2 electronics even though advertised that they would, only manual mode. I am not sure about all adapters, but the adapters that state the electronics will work with the TL2 -- do NOT work. This adapter works great using the manual settings on my TL2 camera, saving me a lot of money by not having to buy additional Leica lenses.

It sits tightly, doesn't wobble and doesn't let any unwanted light through the bayonet. 5 f-stops are completely sufficient. I had the same experience with the M42-Nex adapter. Conclusion: The 2020 series seems to be reliable.
