This adapter fits well, just as well since I'm not going to force an adapter on my lenses! The A lens side was tight. But that's OK. The machining is high quality. The infinity focus registered as expected, a few millimeters short, which is normal for adapters. The aperture ring has tiny, quiet clicks when you turn it, a design I find really nice. I've ordered another K&F adapter that will hopefully be just as good.

I bought this product because I can attach vintage Nikon manual lenses to it and it is not easy to find this kind of adapter for Nikon lenses.

bought an adapter to connect an old Tamron SP (31A) 200-500mm F5.6 to the Panasonica body. Everything worked, there is no interference between the lens and between the body and the adapter. Despite the considerable weight of the body and lens, everything remains solid. I have not noticed any problems with grinding or bleed-through lights. I am very happy.

I like to continue using old lenses on my digital cameras and I wanted to keep this tradition going with my Panasonic S1R. So I decided on the M42 adapter from K&F.

* Workmanship / accuracy of fit *
The adapter is solidly made and makes a high-quality impression. The screw thread is cleanly worked out and lenses can be attached easily. There are also no inaccuracies in the distance to the sensor - lenses can be focused to infinity.

* Special features *
I really like the included transport box for the adapter. It can be easily stowed away without having to worry about damage.

* Conclusion *
Everything is great! If you want to continue using your old lenses on new cameras, the adapter from K&F is a good choice.

This ring allows the adaptation of the prestigious Zeiss lenses with manual focus and Contax/Yashica mount to a Sony Alpha (E-mont) camera body. The connection on my Sony A7III and A7R4 is perfect, without play. The same applies to the attachment with C/Y bayonet lenses. The ring is made entirely of metal, heavy but excellently finished. No reflection in the ring. I am really very satisfied and for this reason I rate the article with 5 stars.

That's the beauty of modern mirrorless system cameras: you can continue to use older lenses that were designed for analog SLRs by connecting them to the camera using a manual adapter. This works very well, there is even a pre-select aperture facility, i.e. you only set the aperture on the lens and only turn the aperture locking ring on the adapter to position when taking the picture - very helpful.

I can only recommend using "old" analog lenses on the new mirrorless cameras! I bought a Canon FD 50mm macro, an FD 100mm macro, an FD 35-70 and an FD 80-200 for a few euros and am extremely satisfied with the image quality on the 61 MP sensor of my Sigma FP L, even when viewed at 100% on the monitor. The lenses mentioned are sharp right to the edge. This turns out that the conventional wisdom that you can't use analog lenses digitally because the resolution of these lenses is too low is a myth.

I can definitely recommend the K&F adapter. It is precisely manufactured and slides into the camera's bayonet like a charm.

decided to buy this K&F adapter for my Sony A7RII because I had some old manual Yaschica lenses that I didn't want to throw away. Excellent adapter, sturdy and well made, with metal parts that help to give it a "well built" feel. Great value for money. Of course, it doesn't make much sense to use lenses like this kind of vintage lenses on such modern machines, but for those who are just starting out and don't have a big budget to invest in lenses, or for those who simply have old lenses, like in my case, it absolutely has its uses.
