First, I would like to give credits to Feiyu's support team. On my purchase, my camera was DOA. The gimbal gets stuck when powered on and the camera shuts down on it's own. I contacted Feiyu support and shown them a video of what my camera was doing, they offered me both exchange or refund options. I decided to go with exchange option since I really want to use this for my upcoming trip. The requested for a replacement on 10/29 morning and I got the replacement by 10/30... The fastest replacement I have ever received. Here's my user experience after using it for a few days. The build quality on this device is great. Aluminum body all around. Feels very nice when I'm holding it and it doesn't feel slippery. The camera also comes with a hard shell case. It doesn't look much, but I think it gives basic protection to the camera. The Camera is pretty straight forward to use in terms of shooting videos. in the middle of the body, you'll find a joystick for you to move the camera head and a button to record. It also has a tiny screen for preview. The screen is a touch display, so you can change setting by swiping on the tiny display. It took me a few tries to get comfortable using the setup menu with the touch display. The quality of the video is good at 1080p @ 120fps. Slow motion looks smooth and the images looks sharp. The stabilization is great. I tried walking at different speed and the video is smooth without any hiccup. Battery is decent. It's about 75% full out of box, and I didn't really need to charge it while I was playing with it for a few days, granted I wasn't really stressing the battery though. The Feiyu app was OK. It gives all the functionality to control the camera on a mobile device. I really didn't use all that much of the app, I felt the touch display is good enough for now.Overall, with my few days of playing with this camera, I would say this is a good buy. Looking forward to use it for my trip and maybe I'll have more updates.

I've had the DJI Pocket 2 camera for some time and absolutely love it. Obviously, this camera is a complete clone (or rip off?) of that camera. Looks just like the DJI, even down the to the carrying case. They copied so much. Not a fan of copiers. The camera itself is well made enough. Fits in your hand pretty good, but it's a little too short for me. I have the extension for my DJI that makes it the perfect length. Speaking of which, this particular camera has no options for extensions or add-ons. Granted there is not much for the DJI, but at least it's an option, maybe even 3rd party add-ons in the future. It does have threads on the bottom for tripods and sticks. The camera itself is not too difficult to use. You can go through the options just by messing with it. It comes with no usage instructions, you need to download or get the app. Why? Most of the setting are self explanatory, but some odd things... there is one setting for quality, either high quality or super high quality. What is the difference? I don't know there are no instructions. Then there is another setting for the difference resolutions, 1080/2.7K/4k and frame rates. Why two different quality settings? Also, oddly the camera came set on slow motion, that is weird. I thought the camera did not work when I first recorded. Once I switched it to regular, it was good. just strange. The video quality is surprising good. I say surprisingly because I've review other products that claim 4K and almost all fail. This camera does take some nice video, looks 4K to me. The stabilization does seem to work well, though I have not tested it thoroughly. They call this an action camera, why? it's not an action camera. Argh. One issue I did have that is annoying. When I pushed in the SD card to take it out, it flings out, I mean fly's out. Don't like that. Too much spring? Some folks might lose cards when they shoot out.Overall it is pretty good camera. Reason for 3 stars... they completely copied another popular camera and they even named it the same. Why? Easier to take others ideas than make your own? I know why they named it the same, to live off another established brand. I don't think that is right. Other reasons for 3 stars, card flinging out and no way to add on to the camera.
Great portable action cam that fits nicely in your hand. Great portable action cam that fits nicely in your hand.

I wanted a compact camera to take on vacations and location scouting trips to make memories easy to capture. The built in gimble intrigued me because phone video can often be pretty shaky. The quality of the videos was more than satisfactory! I wasn’t using this for any content that would be shared really, but the footage was definitely nice enough that it could be used for public consumption. There is a little bit of a learning curve (just like any new camera), and I found that downloading the app helped me figure out all the options and settings. The coolest part of this was watching my little nephews run around and shoot our beach vacation from their point of view! Once you have your settings selected it’s pretty much point and hit record. The gimble does really work, and lends itself to some pretty creative techniques; whether you know they’re techniques or not! Seems like this would definitely do the trick for the budding film maker, or content creator in your life!
