It's a really good product as you will read in countless other reviews.A few things which I didn't see mentioned that others may want to know about:1- The case. Although it is made of really nice quality material, the case consumes too much space and could be much more compact. Important if you will be packing it and taking on the road.2- The app. Has lots of great functions for sure and has been without technical issues for me. However, english is obviously not first language of people who authored the app or created the tutorial videos (DO watch them BTW). Some things are far from obvious and the unusual icons (face tracking a circle with a "smile" but no eyes?) or strange wording in the small instruction book or video.3- The controls. The "pistol trigger" on the front of the gimbal would be much better for shot control (photo or video) rather than the small red button that serves also as on/off. As is, it controls sport / normal mode. That's something most people wont use frequently. The zoom toggle could be a bit larger. The focus/zoom button could be a bit bigger on the app.These are small nit-picks which don't impact the product functionality.Spend some time to watch the tutorial videos (they are very face-paced & short, you may need to back up a few times!) and also watch some general videos on how to use a gimbal with a smartphone. It will be time well spent.If you plan on traveling, either set aside plenty of space or find a more compact way to carry it.

The Bluetooth doesn’t stay connected, and you can only use this gimbal with a Bluetooth connection so it is basically useless. Money down the drain. Will be returning.

Poor battery life and holding capacity

Works great, but I have to take my phone out of case to use because it makes it too wide, and the phone is too heavy so the gimbal struggles. Will get a phone just for video. Otherwise, good well made product.

I hate to write poor reviews, but for me this product just was not usable. It was bulky, difficult to use, and all around not a good purchase. My phone would never stabilize and the videos I captured were always choppy and as an apartment locator it’s important for me to have a great videos to post online (@HTX.locator). I ended up gifting this to a colleague and instead purchased the DJI OM4 smart phone stabilizer which I adore!

Works as advertised

I don’t know if it’s me but setting it up was a hassle n I still can’t figure out how to use it. I got it for my vacation didn’t use it. I researched before I got it and I thought it would follow my movements automatically but it didn’t or I can’t figure out the settings to do so. So I got frustrated it’s now in its box idk if I should return it or burst my brain to figure it out

Saw This Item On A TV Show And Had To Have It . I Like To Blog A lot And This Gimble Really Helps With My Work. Great Purchase HIGHLY Recommended

I bought this with somewhat low expectations but this thing works really well. It’s easy to use and the stabilization works great. It also comes with a carrying case and small tripod.

Loved this product. Very good stabilizer.
