READ MY UPDATED VERSION BELOW.I got this for work and it worked for the first couple of months. Now I try to turn it on and it turns on for a few seconds before it just goes dead and it's fully charged. DO NOT BUY THIS. Save your money till you can get like a real one. Trust me, it will be worth the wait. Especially if your work in making videos like I do.Updated:The gimbal did stop working but Hohem contacted me to give me a refund and That's just awesome! their customer service is why I have changed my review to five stars. They worked with me, asked me what was going on and if I needed a refund or a replacement and I went for a refund. Moral of the story. talk with them, try and work something out because they actually listen! Also, be kind to them. They are workers just like most of us so always try to be kind.This Gimbal did work well, especially when I was running or hiking. It's lightweight and I really like all the features that it had. Mine worked for Android which is really nice because I feel like nowadays everything works only for Apple when some of us don't really like apple (It's not that we can't afford it, it's just that Android is doing some cool things with their phones). Anyway, I recommend this gimbal.

The down side to this great product is that it does not connect to social media for a quick post of a video filmed to the great quality it offers.

I bought one of these to make a promotional video for my girlfriend's music business and the footage came out very professional looking. For the price, this little gadget really elevates the quality of your footage. I still need to mess with the app tho

I couldn't get my phone to Bluetooth to it but it does make filming easier at ball games & events. I am still learning. Not a bad value for the price.

i didn't realize that it can get easily caught by bigger phones along the edges, also the battery life isnt the best on it but it is fun to use and the app with it has a lot of options for different recording styles. However it does make bigger files so make sure your phone has room. still would get it if your on a budget

This gimble does what it should. The motor is a little week for larger heavier phones but if you are careful, it works fine.

Good product but balance screw did not work. Chat with company indicated it was known issue. Said to return or he could send a video to repair myself. Video was in Chinese language so I decided to return.

The gimbal turns on and works for 30-60 seconds then it crashes. This has had a full charge. It worked fine the first day we used it but it is worthless on the 2nd day. Unfortunately, I didn't start using it until after the return window ended.

Worked the first time I used it but after a few days went to use it again and now it just crashes when I open the app and try to connect. I've tried reinstalaling, clearing the data/cache and still no luck. Gonna return and try to find a gimbal that doesn't have a terrible app rating on the android store. So far no luck as it seems all of these things have similar "questionable" reviews on amazon whilst having absolutely terrible reviews on the Play store on google.
