MAYBE ITS REALLY HEAVY THE NEW IPHONE, BUT YOU SHOULD ADVERTISE BEFORE.

when I open the box and start to use it the phone has a tilt and fist I thought I need to watch youtube to know why so I went though videos and websites for about 5 hours and after that I realized the problem is the product itself. now I need to get a box and drive to UPS to return this item and this takes TIME!!!!! I'm so disappointed !

The service from Amazon was a quick two day wait. I am. very impressed so far with my iSteady Mobile Plus. It looks very well built and comes in a nice case with the charging cord and tripod. I am 67 years old and it takes me a little bit to figure out how to work things like this but I'm getting the hang of it. So far I am really enjoying it and will be taking it with me on vacation in about a week and that. will really tell me how well this works. I originally charged it as instructed to do an so far I have played with it for several hours both yesterday and today and it is still at 75% charge on the battery. From my short experience so far I would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone.

I just got the product and love it in general, but the gimbal app for the 11 pro max doesn’t want to pair with the gimbal at all, SUCKS!!!!. Is there any solution to this? I don’t want to return it.

Good stabilizer & easy to control except zoom control is very fast. Should know how to control the zoom.
