Stopped working will not charge

It can be loud, it's not as crisp as good quality sound but as the price you pay, I could say it's fair. But wearing it, it's a little heavy and bulky and not flexible.. since I'm a small size - this material is kind of big for me..But using it is fair. I can use it once in a while. Battery wise, it's really good. You can use it long day at work or at any place you wanted to use.

This works amazing. Very easy to use, good volume (i like loud music) the best 2 parts......very comfortable and not expensive. When I can spend $20 and get something this good, that's great! Highly recommend.

I listen to podcasts at work. Lately, they issued new rules at work, no headphones or earbuds. So I bought this device instead.Now I was impressed with the battery life five stars on the battery life.Controls could be better designed. The power button actives Siri on my phone when I turn off the speakers.Volume is poor more often I have to max out my volume to understand the podcast I’m listening to. A problem I don’t have with normal headphones.A good, cheap device, just note it’s a good “CHEAP” device. It isn’t top quality but gets the job done.

It was very excellent work and I enjoy the music nobody else can hear me playing it.

Update 07/2021 - now battery life has shrunk to about 70min at medium volume when streaming via Bluetooth. Contacted support about installing a new battery and don't speak much English so it was a waste of time - back and forth emails of 'lost in translation'.I *would not* purchase this product again - there are a few other neckphone options out there.=====================Update 05/2021 - battery life has substantially declined now, I'm lucky if I get 3 hours of audio when streaming via Bluetooth at medium volume.Very disappointed this product only performed well for about one year. I would not purchase again.---------------------This is a fantastic product allowing awareness of surroundings while still listening to audio. The shape fits around the neck and on the shoulders quite well, however I had to tie a string to the housing in two places and place a squeeze clip for adjusting tension in order to keep the neckband from turning and/or falling off when doing certain movements. See picture included.All the buttons work well and there is a sufficient volume level at max without too much distortion. The Bluetooth connection range seems to be a little above the average 10m (30feet), at about 45 feet with direct line of sight.,The only drawback I'm experiencing is the weakening of the battery over time. I charged them fully with first use, then have allowed them to drain and turn off while using before charging again. Initially I got about 10 hours of use with a charge, but after many months am now only getting 4-5 hours before the battery dies. That's still sufficient for many daily podcasts.Quality of sound/use for:*news/spoken word/podcasts - excellent*music - average*phone/mobile device calls - average to a little less than average

First off, for the price point this is a great deal. I was able to test the theory of these without buying one of the really expensive ones. At 20 bucks these have been amazing as long as loudness is not the biggest thing you want. They provide very adequet sound. The highest volume setting is a bit under what I would want bit still listenable. For bike rides these are perfect. Does not block out the sounds around you but still enjoyable and safe. Of you are unsure these are a safe bet for testing and use me without spending a lot of money.
