Product did not work out of the box. Tried to contact customer support but apparently I'm being ignored. First truly disappointing purchase via Amazon.

It is very simple to setup and connects to iPhone through its own Wi-Fi signal very easily. Have yet to use it enough to comment on picture quality.

Great price for nice quality pictures. Would be alot of fun for kids. Pictures are beach sand.

Got this for my kiddo after he received another type of microscope for his birthday and the one he got didn't work so we thought we would replace it with this. This one is cool, seems to have decent pictures is portable and can connect to his phone, however there is this piece of string that is stuck inside the lens at the top that is impossible to remove. The lens is so tiny of a dot its pretty much impossible to clean other than to wipe it down, and no matter what we have tried there is this piece of string that hangs down from the top in every picture same spot no matter what. Really frustrating and we are unsure whether we should return for a replacement as we cannot clean it out or just deal with it. Everything else about it is cool and my son enjoys it I would hate to have to do the whole return process and not have it here for him to use just after getting but it is just frustrating to have that hinder EVERY picture, hopefully we just got the one fluke thing, I have not heard of anyone else having the same issue.

This thing is super cool! The quality is amazing! It was easy to use and the kids love it as much as we do! We magnified everything from toejam to our bearded dragon! This is the best gift ever and would make a great stocking stuffer too!
