Surprisingly good, even and especially at night. We bought it for our son's school trip. Binoculars were one of the items that the children were optionally allowed to take with them. He didn't use it at all. But when we tried it later, it turned out better than my big one. Above all, the good picture at night (in the city with street lights) was surprising.

It's not the best and it's not bad. You get what you pay for. It is certainly enough for bird watching :) Very robust and fits well in the hand. It is palm-sized and also fits well in your pocket.
