This Endoscope saved me a lot of money the first time I used it. After a kitchen renovation job was completed, we discovered that there was a leaking waterline to the refrigerator as we turned on the supply line (although said line tested good before the walls were closed up). Water was pouring from the ceiling downstairs. We had no way of knowing exactly where the leak was within the walls that the line was run. I pulled out the refrigerator from its cavity as there were no tiles within that area. I then cut a 12" x 12" hole in the wall and put my Endoscope into action. The sturdiness of the flexible cable allowed me to send it through the wall cavity while watching everything on a perfect color screen. I found the leak 9' away which was caused by nails from affixing baseboard from an adjoining bathroom. I knew exactly where to open the wall to make the repairs, without having to remove a 10' section of cabinets, countertop & tiles which would have been very costly. To top that off I was able to see a socket that I left in there before we closed up the walls. I was able to retrieve it using the magnetic attachment that came with the kit. It was a win win situation for me. The dual lens & ring lights are magnificent. I definitely recommend this inspection camera to anyone in construction or any mechanical field. It's your eyes & hands in seeing & retrieving stuff in the impossible or hard to reach areas. As a matter of fact, I think every home should have one of these. It will be worth it.

This thing is a beast. Quality is even better than I imagined. I feel like a professional contractor with this endoscope. It’s so useful to have, I’ve checked brake pad thickness on my truck, looked down shower drains and used in wall cavity. The picture is clear, the lighting is more than ample. I love the little accessories that comes with it, the hook will come in handy. The case it comes in is very rugged, you could drop it down the stairs or off a ladder and it would be fine. I would recommend this to any DIY guy or girl.

I moved into an old apartment unit that was already renovated. To know what was happening in the walls, behind build in furniture and that kind of stuff, I needed an endoscope so as not to destroy the renovation. I have owned 2 cheaper units, a USB A type with rigid camera housing and USB C type that is not rigid. I believe they are .3 MP and worked well enough but the value that they brought me was huge, even with trash image quality, needing a laptop or a phone to use it, and the light that made those endoscopes pretty bad. Too much light and camera get blow out and if not enough, then you can't see anything. So I have been on the look to upgrade for awhile. And here I am...K&F Concept is exactly what I was looking for and even better. The light does not make the camera image worse to any extent. The built in display means that I do not have bring a laptop the location, which usually is dirty. The entire camera is rigid which means I have full control over the camera movement. The quality of the images are amazing. The camera is 5 MP vs cheap ones that are .3. And the best part, I didn't even know I needed it, is the side lens. Rather than needing to reposition the camera 90 degrees, I just click a button and BAM!!!And the software side of the product is great too. For the cheaper endoscopes I had to get 3rd party camera software on PC or use a phone app. They are pretty trash. Whereas here, I can take video and pictures on the unit itself. I can rotate the image on the unit for better viewing angle. It just works.Just grab the carrying case and you have all you need to use the endoscope.Love this product. As a heads up, make sure to get camera length that you today need or maybe need in the future. I wanted to buy 3.3ft camera for easier handling and those things are where most of the cost is. I still buy one at some point. I originally bought the 16.4ft one and it can get little annoying when using the camera for something short.

The picture quality was great making it easy to see what you are looking at. I was worried that the camera would only see right in front of the lens but I could also see further out and the light was bright enough which was a big plus. The side view lens helped seeing to the side if needed while moving the probe forward. I bought this Endoscope camera to help me put in a light running electrical wires from ceiling to wall on a two story house. Cutting small holes in drywall and looking before drilling holes saved me as ABS piping, and wiring were in the wall and could of become a major job and added cost if I had drilled thru them. After using this tool I only cut where necessary with smaller holes in drywall which makes it easier to patch. One thing I noticed when inserting the probe into the wall you didn't know the rotation of the image you were looking at. I used tape and marked the tape with a line so when I inserted the probe into the wall I knew left was left and right was right. Very happy with the way this job turned out. I also used the Endoscope to look at the jets in my inground spa. I wanted to find out why some of the jets were not working so I wanted to remove them for cleanout if necessary. I wasn't sure how the jets were to be removed so being able to see inside the jet tube I could see that a plastic nut was there and could be unscrewed. Crazy how far back the jet were in the tube but knowing your not going to damage anything and again could be costly for the DIYer if you cannot see what your doing. This Endoscope is better than the one my buddy got and paid more for. Very happy and glad I got this item. It has already paid for itself.

I purchased this for an industrial inspection process -- looking at the inside of welded fuel tanks. The ability to bend the cable and have it stay in a position for a few feet was critical for our application. Together with an electrician's fish tape and some wire ties, we were able to articulate this through narrow opening 8 feet away from a small opening. The resolution of the camera is sufficient to make for sharp images on the screen, which is quite clear. However, we really wanted to blow up these images and when they get larger than the screen size, the image turns into a fuzzball.

I was skeptical that this endoscope would measure up, but it did in fact perform well. I bought it to locate a leak in a second floor shower drain pipe. I was hoping to insert the scope directly into the drain but a quick right angle didn’t allow this. I was able to visualize several partition spaces very well, through a few small holes drilled in walls, and although I haven’t solved my problem, I now know where the drain pipe doesn’t go. The scope was bright and clear, and easy to use.

Recently had a couple of uses which were following a floor drain for a clog and snaking a piece of 3/8" tubing from the 2nd floor of our house to the basement, for use with our Reverse Osmosis system. What I particular liked about this device is the ease of use and particular the 16 foot cable length. Most products do not have a fiber optic cable this long. As a Product and Design Engineer I'll attest to the high quality of the parts and construction. One of my better buys.

I bought this camera for one specific job on a car I was working on. My kids give me a hard time that I like to work on cars or home projects just to buy new tools. This may partly be true. I literally received this camera with the 16 foot probe within hours or placing the order on a Saturday and completed the task that evening. Since then I have used the camera at least six more times for different projects around the house. I have found items that roll behind furniture, I have inspected inside a wall before I installed a big screen TV, and I used it locate a drain line on the sunroof of my SUV. I have looked at these cameras before at Lowes or Home Depot and literally could not spend $300 on a camera with a three foot probe. I plan on using the camera this spring to inspect drain lines around the house. My neighbor has already borrowed it twice. I suggested this camera to a friend as a birthday gift for her husband. Love it!

I recently moved into a new house and I am replacing lights, fans, and running new wiring for both electrical and networking. This saves a tremendous amount of time. The previous owners did not install electrical boxes for lights or fans and I am able to see what is inside the wall or ceiling before I cut drywall to put in a box. It has keep me from cutting into AC ducts. The instructions could be better and the side light is not the brightest for any distance over 8 to 10 inches but it does the job for me.It is nice I can save the pictures and review them once I climb off the ladder.I would recommend.

Great tool, especially for the price. It gets difficult to maneuver the camera once it is more than a few feet out, but still works great and let's the operator see deep into spaces and even underwater. I have used it to chase down small water leaks in a large boat superstructure where access is very limited without removing a bunch of panels. Also used it to trace out wiring problems and locate connections instead of, again, having to remove a bunch of trim and panels.
