Overall, I think the idea of a portable digital microscope in the form of a camera is very good, because it's something new and because children can handle it very well. I found two points nice here, on the other hand that you could really see a lot on the display. I also found it good that you also have an integrated lamp, so that you can also see dark objects well. In principle, the digital microscope also works very well and is particularly suitable for children. However, I must also say at the same time that interest in this digital microscope has disappeared after a short time. It's great and it's good for enlarging objects, but it's not fun long-term. I also have to honestly say that the price level is high at over 90.

I bought this pocket microscope because I'm no longer satisfied with the macro function of new digicams. And although this device is relatively cheap, you can use it to look into the microcosm quite well and at the same time film or take photos of what you see. The instructions are so well, but if you take a little time and play around with all the buttons, you will quickly find out where the menus are and what you can adjust.
Now comes the big but: If you hold the device directly on the object (e.g. wallpaper), the image can no longer be focused. You have to move the device 2 mm away from the object. It wouldn't have been difficult to do better. With this shortcoming comes another. The button for taking a photo is a bit stiff, ie the picture tends to be blurred at high magnification. That limits the enjoyment of this otherwise good device.

Overall I am very happy with my purchase. This handheld microscope makes determining the maturity of cannabis an easy task. The fact that you can take pictures on the go and examine them on a high-resolution monitor puts this tool above 99% of the other options. Allows me to ensure I'm harvesting at the right time. Highly recommended for those looking for a quality trichome exam tool.

As the description says for adults too, this is a tool. A very handy tool! Photo taken with the iPhone 11 of the microscope screen about 4 inches from the soda can to the camera lens in focus. (Resolution much clearer on camera screen) Used and amazed on day 1, just hope it's a long lasting product.

If you're someone who has gotten one of those other ones before, then you know what I mean. A base that makes it almost impossible to get a clear, still image. And a uniform method of disconnecting from your own wifi, and connecting to the microscopes own dedicated wifi, which was just weird and aggravating.This one is nothing like those. Basically, you can think of this one like it's almost a mini handheld camcorder. You can record things, with the option of recording the sound or not recording the sound. And, you can also take photos. And using the 4 inch screen, you get 1080p quality, which is standard HD. It also comes with instructions to download software on a PC and a Mac. That can be found on page 4 of the instructions, under section number 7: USB Output. It is also worth mentioning, that when you use the microscope on the computer, for some reason, the resolution is reduced to 1280 x 720.Take Note: There are 3 modes that can be changed by pressing the, "M," button.
