Camera arrived on time however during testing the IR (night vision) worked intermittently. I contacted the company and after providing them a copy of the invoice and sample picture they sent a new camera ASAP. It's easy to see how an intermittent problem can slip through quality controls. It's great to see a company stand behind their product. I now have a great camera at a great price.

He loves the audio. Night pictures are better than day pixel whise . It's a good camera. It was given to me as a gift and I had to have more. The price is great

I have not tried to find a better quality camera for the price ... because they’re not out there. I have not found better quality customer service department in any company. I live in south Alabama where there is a lot of game cameras being used. I have turned all my buddies onto K&F Concept cameras.

I bought this trail camera for my husband. He quickly set it up in the backyard to test it, before taking it to the woods. Results were very good. Seems to do everything he wanted it to, and was half the price of his other cameras. First night it was out we had a hard downpour with wind, and no signs of leakage.

I was looking for a camera to capture where there was rodent activity outside of my house. I have previously used Blink Wi-Fi cameras, but they aren’t great for trying to see where rat activity is because it only records for a very short period of time and it also makes a click sound when it starts recording which scares the rats and sends them in the opposite direction that they were going in. This trail camera films in high definition to an SD card and really the only thing that I wish that it did differently was offer the ability to watch the feed remotely over the internet or over Wi-Fi. For the price, this is awesome!

Shortly after the warranty was over, I started to notice the clock would be wrong. Soon discovered that everytime I would close the case, the unit would turn off. Power wires from the battery pack go through the hinge. Everytime the case is opened, the wires flex. Eventually these power wires will break and power will no longer be delivered to the rest of the camera. This is what happened. Being handy with electronics, I was able to replace the broken wiring and now it works. Although now it is no longer waterproof. Because of this poor design, I do not recommend purchase. All units will eventually break. I supect other brands do the same thing. Battery pack and electronics should be connected in the same case to avoid running wire thru a hinge.
