Overall this is a really good quality security camera which records 2K HD quality footage. Comes with a solar panel which saves you time finding a location with power supply.Connectivity: I tested out this camera only for the first free plan period and discontinued using it since I will have to purchase a plan from cellular providers like Rogers, Telus, Bell etc. It is not just the price of a security camera you will have to pay, but also the monthly cellular plan cost, which I don’t wanna do. But the security camera is really good.One important point to note is that you should check with the cellular provider that your area has 4G connection available. In some rural parts of Canada, it will be difficult to get good reception.Wi-Fi requirement: This security camera does not require a Wi-Fi connection, so you can install it anywhere you want.Recording quality: HD quality of recordings is really good and I love it.Power source: Solar panel is a really good addition and because of this feature, I don’t need to install it near a power source or worry about charging and stuff. I live in a rural area, so I was unable to use this camera due to the 4G requirements. I gave the camera to my parents, who live in a city and meet the 4G requirements. Be careful and make sure you check before you order, especially if you live rural.This camera comes with everything you need to get started, including a memory card (nice inclusion). The app works well for my parents, using iPhones. The camera was easy for them to install over their back door, and the picture quality is sufficient for identifying the faces of those who walk past it. The resolution is high enough that it uses a lot of memory so you may choose to purchase a larger memory card to use with it longterm.Be aware that this camera comes with a SIM card and while the first 30 days are free, you'll need to purchase and pay for a plan after this to continue using the camera. The cost of the camera isn't just what you pay for the camera, there are additional monthly plan charges to use this camera. It will keep costing to keep using it.This camera does not require wifi - this is an all-new concept to me. But it means that the camera can be mounted anywhere, as it isn't dependent on wifi signal.This is a good camera for folks that live in the city, but it isn't necessarily compatible with rural homes. The app works well and was easy to install, image quality is good, and this camera does a good job "keeping an eye" on my parents' backyard.

This solar powered camera is great. Picture quality is great, nice and clear. Night vision works well too. The App was easy to set up and adding the camera in the app was simple. Motion alert/detection is fast in the app. The speaker is in the back of the camera and can be used as two-way communication. It was easy to install the sim card and sd card. I was looking for a true wireless camera that I could install and also be able to move it around without any issues with battery life or connectivity. Comes with a sd card and 300 minutes/30 days plan. Plan prices are reasonable and the camera can also be used with Canadian 4g suppliers.

Unfortunately the company that offers data plans for the camera does not offer a wide variety of 4G network carrier in Canada, it’ll cost you 20$ a month for 2GB of data for video recording which isn’t much considering the fact that this camera records 2K videos.The signal was terribly weak in my area since we wanted to use it at our camping site to add some security when we are in town.So I’ll have to figure something out and find a prepaid Canadian carrier that can offer me a compatible SIM card but nonetheless the camera itself is well built and comes with a decent sized solar panel that can be used for anything that uses USB type C.

Very good camera. I've only installed it for a few hours but everything seems perfect. Color night vision. I would prefer 2K, but paying the difference with HD quality isn't worth it. Note: Choose HD quality, which will output in SD by default.

They are available cheaply and work easily and reliably with apps. Most cameras work via a WLAN connection and are therefore always dependent on WLAN and the power supply. This camera is an exception. It has a solar panel which is included to charge the battery as long as the sun is at the start. The battery should then supply the camera with power for the dark hours. This works quite well in the test and the camera has no dropouts in my case. Another advantage of the camera is that it does not depend on WiFi. You can simply insert a SIM card into the device and access the camera remotely. The set includes a SIM card with a volume of 100MB - that's not much and has to be increased for a fee after use. However, data SIM cards from the common network operators can also be installed (but it must be clear that this is always associated with running costs). For storage, there is either the cloud or a memory card (must be purchased). In my opinion, the memory card makes sense, since the data volume is not burdened. The camera is controlled via an app - here, as so often, I am concerned that data protection and security are not taken very seriously. This must be taken into account when considering the purchase, depending on how sensitive the monitored area is. Everything is included for assembly and the camera is waterproof / dustproof and therefore suitable for outdoor use. Overall a solid set - my recommendation

The surveillance camera arrives at home well packaged with all kinds of accessories. These accessories include mounting accessories, a cable, a solar panel, a test SIM card and the actual camera. The quality is very high and seems very durable. Installation is very easy and quick. I like that the cable for the solar panel is not too short. So you can align this better in the sun. After installation, simply insert the SIM card and you can receive the picture on your cell phone. However, the SIM card only has a data volume of 100 MB and is used more for testing, you then have to get a SIM card with 4G. However, the picture and sound quality is very good. And the connection is also very stable. Conclusion: Great camera for everyone who doesn't have WiFi in the right place.

I've had the camera for a week now and overall I'm very satisfied. Very good HD picture quality, very good night vision, very intuitive app. To say the least, motion detection sometimes picks up the tiniest detail and alerts you, but other times very obvious movement doesn't. Another detail that I think could be improved is the possibility of enlarging the images that are captured when motion is detected.
