What I love about these are that they are magnetic. That is a life saver when working in cold weather photographing landscapes. It's easy to pop these on and off, but not easy to accidently knock them off. I didnt notice any color cast like with cheaper products. It cones in a great little carry pouch that stores all these filters in one convenient location.

Lens filters are expensive. There's no getting around that and the 'marquee names' in the filter business can get *really* expensive. Fortunately, there's a number of companies that are making high quality, serviceable filters at a solid value price point. K&F is one of them--I have several of their camera products and have found them all to be well made, versatile and highly functional. This lens set--which I use on my Nikon Z-30--is no exception. Their performance might not be quite as impressive as the top of the line magnetic filters but they're perfect for every day use. You even get a nice little carrying pouch. Highly recommended!

This is a pretty nice set of filters that even come with their own very nice case, which I appreciate. The case has plenty of padding and seems to do a nice job of keeping everything protected.

The filters connect using a main adapter fitting that is included. Once you have that connected, the rest of the filters are easily swapped out. The selection here is good for a variety of outdoor lighting conditions. The ND1000 was the one I've been using the most, since I needed it for taking shots in very bight conditions while taking photos with water in them at a local marina.

I have had good luck with K&F filters. They arent as good as the high end filters as far as glass qualities but for the price they do the job well. I have been shooting over 30 years now and have used a lot of different filters. These are plenty good enough for most shoots. If you are looking for the absolute best filters you can get then these may not be it, but for the other 99% of us I think you will be more than happy with these filters.

The 5-pack lens filter set by K&F Concept’s, is a very functional, easy to use, nice quality, set of filters. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying.

I. Quality – They seem to be very well made out of good quality materials. I’d guess they’ll hold up well over time.
II. Performance – They are very effective at what they were designed for. They fit nicely, with magnetic connection and provide the intended filtering abilities. Although, you do need to know when to use them to receive their full benefit.

Overall, this is a very nice set of good quality filters that uses quality glass to achieve the desired results. Of course there’s better sets, but you’re going to pay for it and it might not be worth it once you try these. I’ve been very happy with their abilities and quality. I’ll be sure to update this review, if I ever start to have problems.

You can trust that this review is simply my honest opinion that is attempting to provide you with helpful insight that I wish I had before I picked this product. Hopefully it was helpful in your decision.

The kit includes 5 different filters with different strengths (GND8, ND8, ND64, ND1000) and a magnetic filter adapter ring, making it easy to attach and remove the filters quickly. The filters are made with multi-coated glass to reduce reflection and improve image quality.

I have been slowly building up a collection of filters to fit the lenses that were included in my camera kits. I am very much an amateur/enthusiast and I'm still learning, so I learn a lot from researching photography websites as well as reading the reviews of more experienced photographers that have purchased the filters I am considering. I have a few single filters from K&F Concept and have been more than happy with the quality and ease of use. I only recently became aware of magnetic lens filters and was looking at some right around Christmas (as a present for myself). I ended up delaying my purchase because I had a hard time deciding which assortment of lenses would be best for me, and I also wasn't sure how well the magnets would hold the filters in place, I ended up delaying my purchase. I'm glad I did, because this set of ND lens filters will be perfect as I am just getting started in trying to get good pictures of the setting and rising sun as well as interesting cloud formations. I was especially interested in the gradient filter, but I will be using all of them. The quality of the glass and coatings is excellent and once I figured out the adapter ring, I found it very easy to install and use these filters. At first glance, I thought I didn't receive everything I was supposed to -- but as another reviewer mentioned, the ring is already attached to one of the filters. The ring is thin and light and goes onto my lens very easily. The magnets are surprisingly strong and I have no worries about the filters coming off. It is so quick and easy to change filters. I also like the wallet; it is sturdy with a zipper closure plus a magnetic closure. It unfolds accordion style and there is a padded pocket for each filter. It has a ring so it can be attached to my backpack, and there is also a loop on the back so it can be attached to a belt. The lens kit did seem a bit pricey at first, but now I think it is well worth the cost.

This is a nice ND set. It covers the base levels you'll likely need (vs an adjustable one) and is quick and easy to use. It has a couple of great things going for it (along with a few shortcomings).

If you are doing landscape photography, you'll likely want a mix of long exposure and shorter exposure images. It's time consuming to add an ND filter on, and to switch it out every time you want to change the power. And if you use a variable ND, you often get a color cast or vignette. The magnetic design is a handy solution. You put on the magnetic ring and then are able to quickly switch between filters. It's a great time saver.

If you shoot wide angle, thicker filters will likely add is some vignettes to your images. These are super thing profile ones and don't shot at 16mm (perhaps even wider???).

The challenge is using other filters or a lens cap. Once this is installed, you'll need to unscrew it to add in a polarizer, UV filter, or a lens cap. They do sell Nano-X filters for all of those - so you could buy into the system, as a solution. For me, I generally know I want to do ND work when using it, so it hasn't been an issue.

Great value for the price.

Camera filters are the way old-school photographers created the shots they want..even when they have access to post-production tools like Photoshop. Filters like these filters help us craft photos with the images we want to appear in final form.

But filters require constant screwing and unscrewing from lenses, which can damage the threads, get permanently stuck on lenses, and slow down the photo process. That's especially impactful when we need to react quickly to non-stationary objects.

Magnetic filters. Ah, they slide on and off quickly, speeding up the process, maybe even allowing shots with multiple filter combinations before moving on to the next shot.

This five pack in 77mm size allowed me to use it (with an adaptor) on a variety of cameras and lens sizes. Magnets hold the lenses tight, but also allow for fast removal.

The case offers sufficient protection for the glass filters and yes, you do need to screw on the adaptor so that the magnetic filters have a base to attach to.

All in all, a fine set of filters that make specialty photography easier

I think I prefer screw in type filters but if you are trying to switch them out quickly to find the right one for the task at hand I suppose the magnetic is pretty convenient. I used to use a cheap variable ND that had the dreaded X problem, so I switched to these so I don't have that problem anymore. These, along with other K&F Concepts products are high quality and these did not disappoint at all!
