This is a great 4G security camera that is ideal for locations without WiFi.The camera is constructed out of high quality components. The included solar panel charges the camera's high capacity internal battery, allowing the camera to be self reliant and immune from power outage.Set up is simple, a mount is included, and the solar panel has a long power cord. Using the Box APP it's easy to access and configure the camera. It is simple to view the live feed, or prerecorded events. Pan, tilt and zoom allow for a complete 360 view. The high-resolution camera can catch detail, like facial characteristics and license plate numbers. Night vision, motion detection, and push notifications work wellThe camera requires a 4G sim card with a data plan to be accessible over the internet, making this camera an ideal choice for remote areas with cell access. I use the camera to keep an eye on a cottage. Every time I have accessed the camera it worked without any issues. The cell signal is very reliable.I like it. The camera works perfectly.

Works as desired, easy setup, easy assembly, reliable alarms, reliable recording, flawless direction control while on the go, software app practical, battery is always between 80 and 100% when the solar panel is aligned to the south (shading from midday).

Great solar panel - it comes with a usb-c output, and I was able to test that it does charge my phone decently fast, and definitely my security cam without issues

Current price point at the time/date of this review: $199.99 after a 17% discount provided by the seller at this time. Pricing is fair and generally within the average going rate given this is 4G/LTE enabled unit. I own a similar type unit from the same brand that happened to be going for just a little less. Both units are to be considered really well priced given the market average.Given the value and build quality, this unit works great. The solar panel looks to be one of those “updated” designs with a really nice quality finish and design. Keep in mind, this is a solar CHARGING unit and not a solar powered unit. Take a moment to let that sink in and hopefully it’ll make some more sense. I would recommend fully charging this camera unit up before going ahead with real world use, this way you’ll avoid the unnecessary over extended “top up” that’ll be required (and to be maintained.)Video quality and features work fine. A worthy contender.

I honestly had my doubts, but the part is really great. It takes a while to get used to the app, but especially when using an SD card, the features are fabulous. I hope the solar charging works well in the long term, then it can't be beat

It is super easy to install, takes only 3-5 minutes, very high quality and stable processing. Pivots silently and can be attached almost anywhere without electricity. I have enough reception everywhere on my property, the app works perfectly. So far there have been no false alarms, the night vision is brutal, even my neighbors like it, there are normal neighbors too. About the app: At the touch of a button, the light goes on/off, the alarm signal goes on/off, the motion alarm area can be set, you can even talk to the postman even though I'm at work, and that works. The resolution of the pictures and videos: SUPER GEIL, date and time all in real time. I'm happy about a thumbs up, it shows me that my text was useful for you.. I don't usually write such long reviews, but it had to be.

As I research upgrades for my aging WiFi security cameras, I have also been keeping the requirement of having solar panels to power the cameras that are remote and don't have a power source close by.I came across this solar panel to test out a 4G camera mounted on a tree and at a distance from the main building. The solar panel comes fully assembled with a 9 foot long Type-C USB cable. The tree canopy prevents direct view of the sun, which made it difficult to get the unit to power the camera especially with a cloud cover.I then moved the solar panel to the main building to test it and found the voltage and current were excellent. I was even able to plug the solar panel into a battery charger and verified that it does provide enough juice to charge batteries. All the problems I had were my design issues. My next step is to get another 4G security camera and mount it on the building and use this solar panel to power it. I will update the review over time. This is a very nice and powerful solar panel.

Set up and mounted in rural northern Alberta and I am satisfied with the camera. Video quality on HD is great and notifications upon activity are also great. Would recommend.
