I've always struggled with situations where I wish I could use my variable ND filter with my polarized filter which until now, it was impossible. This filter solves my problem with really good picture quality.

It easy to use...fits my Zeiss 16-35mm and my 24-70mm and gives me very nice results....allowing me to dial in the right amount of exposure for the effect i want!

KF has made some great products and among these are the filters they produce. I have not had issues with the filters and they are all made of quality glass and a metal housing. Using this one filter saves the hassle of carrying both an ND and a polarizer filter. Now you can carry one.

The first thing that happened was the thread pan got separated from the filter housing. Easy enough to put back together. I was worried that it would fall apart again but hasn’t done so yet.At 5 stops of light you aren’t going to be doing much long exposure. But, It’s ok quality and helps knock down the light during bright day time shooting.Built in polarize is nice and I have not noticed any image problem.

The entire upper right part of any picture I've shot using this filter has a large black overcast on it. My blue sky would become black. Will be exchanging this for a fixed ND or go with GOBE or Polar Pro. Build quality is fine tho.

This filter is amazing both Nd & polarizer. I use this filter for video to have my shutter double the frame rate and aperture low. The polarizer gets rid of the glare & reflection really well. Overall it’s a great filter I highly recommend it for run and gun filmmakers.

so far, it's as i expected: no cross pattern, bulky enough for my careless hand. Will try to take some more pictures to see the image quality

So here is my take. I'm a little on the fence. First and foremost the good. The good is "I mean what the heck is cooler than a filter that changes density with a switch" omg right. So when it comes to light control ability the options are endless with this filter because it's dark to everything in the middle. super cool right. well the bad. the petty first you can't add or remove your lens hood using it buuuut you don't really need it. I mean it is an ND filter. the bad though. the filter spins freely on the lens once it is tightened. So it makes it very hard to adjust the switch with one hand. I guess that's a matter of what you are shooting. If it's on a tripod no problem but free hand is going to be a bit of a challenge. It fits snug and comes with a nice carrying disk style case. It feels like you are getting a quality filter material wise. It is heavy duty so I would trust my lens to a small fall to it if need be. I think it would be more than awesome for a long exposure I cant wait to try it.
Decent concept
