like that my Mini 3 & it's camera aren't sitting on the ground now. I really like the lights too! I take the landing gear off when I finish flying the drone. I'll probably buy a back up set of these.

The function as a landing gear is top notch with the flat DJI 3 mini. The LEDs are bright, very bright which is generally good. However, a little less joy of color in the lighting would be much more pleasant - after all, it's simply about keeping the drone visible in the dark. But it seems like you want to attract attention with it in the entertainment district in Shinjuku (everyone who has ever been to Tokyo knows what I mean). Simply red, white and green as lighting modes and I would be thrilled

The landing gear arrives in a minimalist designed box. It convinces directly with its neutral smell and good workmanship. For assembly, only the gimbal protection is removed and your arms folded out. Then it is clipped in at the front and back. To remove, the frame is pushed forward a little and you can remove it again. The landing gear's folding skids lock into place in both the folded and unfolded positions, so nothing flaps or wobbles. The landing gear has underfloor lighting which unfortunately only lights up in colors (green flashing light is mandatory for night flights without exception!) You can choose between 3 modes. Long or short blink and solid. Charging the internally installed Li-ion battery with a capacity of around 60 mAh takes around 40 minutes. I find this quite long, since the mileage of the LEDs, depending on the mode used, is a maximum of 50 minutes. Charging takes place via an included USB-A to USB-C cable. There is no charge indicator. What you should say at the end is that the chassis weighs around 20g and therefore the Mini3Pro goes over the 250g limit. A level A1 drone driver's license is therefore required. Conclusion: Anyone looking for a stable and practical chassis with lighting is well served with this. It does need some improvement, but overall it's still worth the money and I give it a full 5 stars.

Very light but also very bright lights. Since the DJI Mini Pro 3 does not include landing gear, this is a great addition. Easy to attach and very bright lights in several modes.

Like it very much. Because it is a practical add on for flying at night.

One of the greatest gimmicks there is for the drone - besides the protective caps for the motor! 1. the drone lands more safely without scratching the underside, 2. is the flashing RGB nice to look at and you can find the drone better in the sky from dusk. - you can distinguish between off, slow flashing, fast flashing.

My review refers to the following product, which was made available free of charge as part of a product test: "STARTRC Mini 3 Pro landing gear Foldable extended leg with flashing LED lights Landing gear for DJI Mini 3 Pro accessories" The illuminated landing gear comes well packaged in a small box with the following content: - the landing gear folded up - a user manual (in English) well illustrated and understandable Processing/handling: The landing gear should allow the Mini 3 Pro a little more height for takeoff and landing and on the other hand also provide an effect lighting towards the ground . The chassis comes with a clean finish. No edges or sharp corners. The runners are rounded. Unfolding works wonderfully with little effort. Here only the runners are folded outwards and then snap in audibly and noticeably. The whole thing is the same when folded. Everything is in its place. 14 colored LEDs in RGB are attached around the base frame of the chassis. The battery for the LED lighting and the on/off switch, which is installed as a push button, are hidden in a small gray capsule with a USB-C connection in the middle of the chassis. Charging via USB-C works wonderfully and had to be done before using it for the first time. A conventional USB-C cable can be used for this with the appropriate mobile phone power supply unit. The endurance of the battery is given as approx. 50 minutes, whereby the 60mAh battery needs approx. 40 minutes to be fully charged. The article pictures mention "charging time" twice. This is probably a translation error and should be corrected. The installation on the Mini 3 Pro works by simply snapping it in. Nothing falls off here, everything is firmly in place, so that nothing can accidentally loosen even during flight. The drone stands cleanly with the landing gear mounted without tipping. Takeoff and landing very good. The ground should still be quite flat, just like when landing without this landing gear. With this chassis, however, slight bumps or slightly higher grass are no longer a problem when landing. The ground clearance increases by approx. 21mm. The landing gear weighs only 20 grams. The lighting is a helpful effect during night flights. Here you can switch different states. About blinking, to a kind of running light and permanent light. The push button can be operated safely with light pressure. In addition to the actual lighting of the drone on the propeller arms, this LED lighting on the landing gear is already extremely bright. Because the LEDs only shine directly downwards, I could not determine any negative effect when taking photos or videos. When flying at night, you can always see perfectly where the drone is, since the original position lights only light up at intervals. Conclusion: The chassis is helpful in rough terrain and gives a little more security with 21mm more ground clearance for take-off and landing. I consider the lighting a good tool for night flights to reliably locate the drone visually. All in all a good product - which deserves 5 stars. Thank you for reading my review. Love the fitting. Very Bright...could see it for hundreds of feet. Great for landing on uneven surfaces A*

The runners to the rear should be 2cm longer would have a more stable effect to the rear.
