Had to call for a replacement as I couldn’t set the time and date. I was very happy with support as a new camera was sent to me without an issue.

My husband is a hunter and has several game cameras in the forest. However, he had issues with them sending him pictures and/or the camera not taking good photos due to the angle. Most other trail cameras cost over $100 without batteries or an SD card. This camera came with 4 batteries (although 8 were needed) and an SD card. It also had an LCD screen so you can see the camera's angle of view, which is handy if you don't live where you've hung your cameras, so you can see which direction the pictures are being taken if the angles are different Camera is suspended, and not afterward. Will update the rating once images have been received and downloaded from the camera. 5/5 stars so far for the features it has.

This is the first trail camera I've ever bought. After looking at the reviews and trying to find one that was rated well for quick night shots, I decided to give this one a try. The first camera for some reason took nice pictures during the day, communication with the iPhone via the app was fine, but it didn't take night pictures even though it turned on. The customer support was exceptional and sent me a new camera after showing them the problem and the new camera takes flawless night pictures and videos. People have complained that the camera's WiFi is weak and you need to be nearby - that's true, but it's free and you don't need to subscribe to use it or the app. It works well for me and I love that I can record and observe my local wildlife.

This is a really nice gamecam in my opinion. Shipping was lightning fast. It's super easy to set up right out of the box. I like that batteries are included. There are various mounting options. I used it under my shed to see what was sleeping there at night. Damn skunks! The camera worked great. The picture and video quality are fantastic. This thing even has wifi so you can check the pics and all that super easy. It also offers the possibility to insert 4 more batteries for a longer life. Can't wait to try this out in the woods. I'm glad I ordered this gamecam and can recommend it 100%!!

was immediately impressed by this trail camera. This thing has so many features, it's insane. High quality images and videos. I have yet to go hunting, but I can't wait. I took these pictures at 2k resolution, can't wait to see what 4k looks like. What's included: 1. Wildlife camera 2. Wall mount and screws 3. Tree strap (long) 4. 4 batteries (requires 8 AA batteries) 5. USB cable (also long) Okay, this thing has so many customizable features it's crazy. You can choose the resolution in which you want to take photos and videos. You can set the shutter speed from 0.1 to 30 seconds. Set the sensitivity, I mean the list goes on with what you can do. It's also accessible via WiFi and Bluetooth, which is great for positioning. Honestly, I loved everything about this game camera, but even more so the price. Conclusion: I have nothing bad to say about this product. You can buy 2 or even 3 of these for the price of 1 brand name trail camera.

This dual-lens camera captures clear, full-color images and video (H.264 4K 30fps videos with clear audio) day and night! It automatically adapts to different lighting conditions with the help of its infrared sensors. The starlight night vision is pretty impressive! You can get truly full color images in low light and clear black and white images in total darkness. It is easy to connect this camera to your mobile phone via WIFI (up to 10 meters away). You can even change the settings and make adjustments to angle and position, view a live stream feed and even download the images and videos from the SD card to your phone! All in all this is a very good feature rich game camera and I would definitely recommend it!

have 8 trail cameras but I wanted to try the dual lens on this camera to see if it had a higher image quality than my other cameras. I was able to use 4 rechargeable AA Li-ion batteries in this camera instead of the recommended 8 AA alkaline batteries that some of my other trail cameras require. This is great as they last at least a week, which is long enough to swap out the memory cards in all my trail cameras on a weekly basis. It has the same type of menu and WiFi interface as my other cameras, so it was very easy to set up. This camera's sensitivity when capturing small animals is as good or better than my other trail cameras. It has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity to a cellphone, but I never use that feature as it takes far too long to download all the images and videos at the high 48MP 4K resolution. This camera also came with 4 AA alkaline batteries and a 32GB SD card which did not come with any of my other cameras. That makes it a good value.

Easy to set up. easy to read and has a screen to view the picture aim. uses 8 AA batteries.

As soon as I saw the package with the camera I knew it was going to be beautiful! And I was right. Good video and decent night shots! Set up was seamless with just a push of a button
