I purchased this detector for my 10 year old Granddaughter. I couldn't follow the directional guide very well. I will seek help from a friend that uses one regularly to better understand how to use it properly. I know it is too complicated for the child to use. She is pretty good with technology but these directions are hard to follow. With proper understanding I hope it works out ok!

My original review on this metal detector was a bad review it turns out that it was definitely defective I was contacted by customer service and they are replacing it.
I'm hoping to come back and give a full review on how the new one works I've done metal detecting all over florida and found many treasures and lots of fun doing it

The metal detector came in a compact box which I liked and was very well made. It wasn’t hard to build and we had a good time using it. It is affordable and I love the bundle it came in. I highly recommend this product if you are a beginner like I am!

Really interesting gadget. Parents who would like to tear their children away from the phone and computer should buy it for their child. And even with him, enjoy the time spent together on interesting explorations. I wish I had the opportunity to buy this product when my children were younger.

nice unit but seems like its gonna be hard to get to work the way I need it to, thought it would be more intuitive.
