We are saving this to give to our son for his birthday later in January and excited to use it. Also got a hand wand and small scoop sifter.

My husband always wanted a metal detector, so after reading reviews I got him this one for Christmas. It was easy to assemble, he was able to get it together in about 10 minutes. Instructions were easy to read and it comes with everything anyone would need to begin their treasure hunt. The screen is easy to read as well and pinpoints what type of metal it is detecting. This was the perfect choice for a beginner. Now we are just waiting for the snow to melt so we can adventure!

I am having so much fun with this. It takes a little while to get used to it but it is fun that I can remove the headphones and have my kids use it also. We have been fun going out with it and I am really glad we got it.

I like how easy it was and considering this is my first metal detector it was a great choice.

I have always wanted a metal detector, but I haven't struck it rich as of yet. This really is an activity that requires a lot of patience and practice, so realize that you may not discover the whereabouts of Blackbeard's treasure anytime soon. This takes a lot of practice, and this detector does not say, "you found gold," there are different sounds to what comes out of the dirt, and most of the time you will dig up a lot of bottle caps and other junk. Being aware of the learning of the detector, the sounds that come out of the detector, and just doing this takes time. You won't be famous, like Gary Drayton, but its still a fun way to learn whatever you have to do to get more experience.

I don't like to write a review until I tried it. ......I'm very satisfied with my purchase I didn't believe that it was going to work very well... I love it...........
