The Sony ILCE-7CM2 lasts just as long with these batteries as with the original (1 day). Charging is done via the USB-C port in the battery. This is a great advantage, as you don't need a separate power adapter. I would buy these again anytime.

I bought two for my Sony a7iv.
-I find direct charging via USB very convenient.
-Battery life is also great!

These are great for an on the go photographer. They charge well in the car. Best part is no warning on the battery in the camera.
Charge is comparable to Sony brand batteries.

Works well. Provides credible Reharges quickly. Recharges quickly with PD charger. Since Sony does not provide a charging adaptor, these batteries become a very real alternative.

I love that I can use these in my Sony FX30 with no annoying battery error. PLUS when you need to swap one they have an awesome USB C port on them to fast charge.

Slightly shorter battery life than the Sony battery, but the USB-C charging more than makes up for it. Take two batteries instead of one and ditch the Sony brick charger for one of the 20 USB C cords you already likely own. These things sit fully charged in my glove box.

I’m using this battery in my Sony FX30. I am not a fan of Sony batteries as they tend to discharge too quickly. This was my experience with the A7r battery shooting video. The FX30 can be powered by a power delivery system using USB-C. However, my v-mount battery system only supports d-tap with the dreaded dummy battery. So I decided to try these batteries. The good news is the batteries work great. The less than good news is that with the last firmware update from Sony , you get a message saying the battery can’t be guaranteed to run the camera. However, I have not experienced any issues. I just finished shooting an hour and a half video and easily got over an hour on the first battery.
