Great camera, excellent video and sound quality. Only downside is the speakers; can't really hear incoming calls or music over engine noise. I do love how it comes with multiple mic and speaker mounts for two helmets. This was definitely a great buy. Easy to set up, just wish it also came with a second helmet mount.

I'm not sure I'm a big fan of the speakers. They don't sit in your ear like regular headphones, but I guess that's the point. It would be dangerous if you can't hear what's going on around you. The bracket that the unit clips into broke about a year after using it. I contacted the seller to see if they had any replacement brackets. They did not. They graciously sent me a new unit! I wasn't expecting that, I just needed the bracket! A+ for the seller, the unit also.

it is easy to install, sound quality is what it is, i'm not an audio geek so take my opinion with a grain of salt there. volume could go higher, at speed, i cannot hear anything, slow down to maybe 40mph, and i can hear again. be nice if there were an accessory to use ear plugs instead of the default weak speakers in the helmet, that would make it very easy to eliminat wind noise, and still hear the music, voices, whatever, without turning the volume up to eleven.

I originally have an issue with my headset. The customer service contacted me directly after I sent the msg to them and fixed my issue immediately. They stand behind on their products which it very rare these days. Give this headset a try and you wont disappoint.

Bottom line: it will record your ride in pretty good quality. It's easy enough to operate and place accordingly to your liking, but don't expect to record audio without wind noise.

So, this is a good product for me, because I really just wanted something like this for insurance/safety reasons. I don't plan on vlogging or anything like that. This records pretty well but the interface to retrieve the recording is not so good. You can't really delete the videos from the device so it will eventually just record over things. Since you can't delete videos, there's a lot of lag time while loading. You can delete it *after* you download it to the Album App, but it doesn't delete it from the device.

The Bluetooth function is pretty good and controls are fine. Its pretty easy to operate even with gloves on. Just look at the handlebar mirrors until you get used to the button locations. The speakers are easy to attach and sounds pretty decent...don't expect Bose quality and you won't be disappointed.

I've used this just about every day since I started riding (4 weeks now) with the longest use being 3 hours straight and it works well. Time will tell, right?

I would buy this again even knowing it's flaws. The benefits outweigh the bad. I actually plan on getting this for my son when he can legally ride. Should anyone have an actual and reliable way to eliminate or reduce wind noise, goodness please let me know!!

Microphone does not work, and when playing video even without the Mike attachment, there is loud wind noise. Must be on camera.

I've had a few helmet Bluetooth systems, and so far this is the best of them. Not only does it work really well but it also has the camera so I can record my rides in case something happened. Was very easy to set up and the voice control (hold R1 button for 2 seconds) works well (I use with Alexa). Overall easy to install and use. I also like that I can charge it while using it as it has a separate charge port. Would def recommend

A little misunderstanding at the beginning but customer service step in and resolve quickly picture quality is good and battery life is very good people can hear me and I can hear them definitely would recommend
