I had some trouble getting this to connect properly after installation. I ended up plugging it in to the charging port and, after a bit, it worked fine. At first, I could hear calls but no one could hear me talking to them. When I plugged it in to the charging port, it worked fine after disconnecting and reconnecting.

The customer service was great when I was having issues with the SD Card not being accepted. Product now works just fine. Sound quality is okay and so is video quality. Have yet to test the battery life.

My and my buddy bought these and they’re freaking awesome. You can hear each other over the wind noise and everything.

My husband and I are really impressed with this product. We bought the 2 pair kit, we both ride and it connected really well. We were able to talk and connect while riding. I think the quality and sound of music playing thru it is better than I thought. Overall we are impressed and already planning on buying another 2 pack (we just have too many helmets) lol

Great product and good sound for what comes out it , its what you pay for and the customer service team are very helpful my headset stopped working after a few months and within a week they said the headset was faulty and sent a new one out , very happy

Let me start with I love my kentfaith headset. It dies everything you need from siri activation to music play. I have out this through so much abuse and when things went wrong, Jose at Lexin took care of my concerns. I cannot write enough word to express my gratitude and Joses's attention to my concerns. Fast delivery, great customer service, and a great product. I ride with my headset in heavy rain, hot days, and it keeps up, even with wind nouse. No regrets. I ride an 83 R65 Airhead with open exhaust and I can still listen to my tunes clearly.

This product rocks, its easy to use, really versatile, the battery lasts FOREVER, and has great sound quality. Only downside is is is a little bigger and thicker than expected, but I don't really mind.
