*Updated review after the wrong review went on the wrong item*

I've had many weather station's over the last year and this is by far the best.

The main unit is mains powered and runs off a usb cable and as soon as you find the RCC signal it's up and running. I had a few issue with direction on the main display as the area I wanted it meant it would have to be sideways. In that same position turning it meant it received a signal. I've mounted it to the rear wall and DST signal locked on straight away. I read online they can be a bit iffy with the way the antenna's are inside but if you can't get a signal, just try turning it.

The outside reader links with zero issues over an area of around 8m. It seems that the battery housing is well made and looks weatherproof. It is actually really accurate in readings. Even in direct sun the thermometer gives accurate temps. I've had others which will literally state 42° in direct sun but this one is identical to my thermometer when comparing. It doesn't give silly over the top numbers.

The main display gives both temperature as well as humidity and on top of that it gives current pressure readings too. Brilliant as my others haven't ever done that.

Once setup via DST it will automatically link and sync, you'll have a sat imagine display and the date and time will sync. It also allows the display to set the moon phase when doing this. You can obviously manually input all the information but I used this feature to automatically do it all.

Theres an alarm feature on this so it can be used as a bedside (I think - haven't used this feature as it's in the kitchen) and it has a snooze button. The snooze button is where you control your brightness for the display. Hard press and then to go the varying levels.

You can set temperature alarms too, you can change these between -20 & 50°. The display will sound if they're breached.

The manual is a bit hit and miss and doesn't make sense to me. Thankfully with being automatic set up off RCC I was able to navigate but there's things in the manual which are all over the place. I ended up ignoring it. You would find certain features just randomly written in other features information and then have to understand how you get to that place in the first place.

The only thing I'm not sure of is the current weather symbols. I thought they may change with the weather but mine has remained on sunny with clouds, even at night.

That is the only niggle and it's ten times better than any other I've used recently.

Super easy to set up! Date-time alarm, all very user-friendly. I like that the station unit and the box were already connected. All I have to do is put one outside, add batteries and I'm good to go! I didn't use the connector that came with the main station. I used AAA batteries. Both devices require batteries, which are not included in the scope of delivery. Looks great when it's on my shelf! The device appears to be accurate. Overall very satisfied. The only downside is that the device is usually not illuminated. You can make it glow by touching it. I just wish there was an option to always have it in the lite version. Maybe there's a way I just haven't found. A user manual is included, but nothing about the display brightness. Still highly recommended.

This is the best weather tool I've ever owned. It tells you a lot more than most other weather devices. Moon phase, temperature, humidity, time of day, date, etc. I set it up in my kitchen and the reader was right outside, about 3 meters away. The device is pretty accurate, compared to what my phone says it's pretty much the same. Would definitely recommend this device!

This is an easy to read weather station and I like the pretty ombre colors. Overall it works fine except for one major and one minor issue. The slight issue is that while it does have an auto-adjusting brightness level (one of the main reasons I bought it), I was disappointed to find this in a dark room (I use my set in my bedroom, where I prefer it completely dark). while sleeping) the screen didn't fully dim and was still on at a low level, which gave off way too much light. So I had to switch to manual brightness mode and turn the screen off before bed and turn it on in the morning. The main problem was that the automatic setting of atomic time and date didn't seem to work at all. I left it for at least a week and nothing changed. I've tried removing the batteries and unplugging the power cord multiple times, but it didn't help. I asked questions on the product page hoping that someone would help or that the manufacturer would intervene, but I got nowhere. I even emailed the company and got no response. It was unclear in the included user manual whether there was a specific order to turn on the main unit and the remote control sensor. There's an RCC button you can hold down to force a connection to the nuclear signal, but it didn't do anything. It also said that if you entered the time and date yourself, the automatic atomic update would be stopped. In frustration, I ended up just keying the time into myself because the device connects to the nuclear signal three times a night at specific times. So I figured if I didn't enter the correct time it would actually check at the wrong times that night. As nothing has been updated I decided to return it and order another product which will be delivered today. And lo and behold, when I got up this morning it finally had the correct time and date set and even knew it was Daylight Saving Time! So it seemed to take at least four days for the time/date to update. I later read that you have to keep a distance of at least 1-2 meters from computers or televisions because they interfere with the reception of the nuclear signal. Having placed the transmitter right next to my TV, I now know that this was probably the cause of the no updates issue. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem or if it's common, but they should go into more detail in the manual on how to make sure you're doing the setup right so you don't go through this. I believe all the reboots I've been doing just delayed the device connecting to the nuclear signal.

Had a little difficulty starting the set up. Until it gets a satellite signal you can't do anything. Once that's established it's pretty easy.

This weather monitor comes with the main display, a remote temperature and humidity sensor and a USB C power cord.

The main unit works with battery power (3 AAA batteries not included) or from a USB connection. The remote sensor requires 2 AAA batteries (also not included).

When I first powered the unit on with batteries I had some issues with the time setting and it wouldn't switch from 12 to 24 hour time. The remote sensor initially connected but didn't update. I removed the batteries and put them back in, which basically reset the unit. After I did that everything seemed to work quite normally.

The unit displays both indoor and outdoor temps and humidity. It is a nice looking unit and you can see what the current temp and humidity conditions are at a glance. It also displays the current moon condition, which my wife really likes.

Overall a pretty nice weather display.

I like the fact that this is compact design, but shares a lot of easy to read info. My last weather displays had limited info and often were not accurate, this seems to compare in accuracy to normal thermometers and other weather inputs. I like the large numbers. The case and stand type seem sturdy, and it does not take up a lot of space in my kitchen area!

I absolutely love the weather station. I have several since I have a greenhouse filled with orchids. Most have a small, short lived outdoor unit. Everything about this set is larger, nicer and easier to read. I'd been wanting a bedside clock and this has a clock up top. I hadn't really thought about it before but this little item will help me decide how to dress for the day. I opened the box, plugged in the indoor units plug (which is a usb plug that didn't come with the plug for the wall part). Added batteries to both and they instantly connected. No buttons to push or anything. Very easy. I sat the outdoor part on the window ledge outside and there are no issues with the two items staying connected. The price is a little higher than some I've bought, but as I said earlier the features are very nice. Easy to read face. Also, at night you can push the button on the front and it will light up for a few seconds. Five stars. I had no issues setting it up and I like the size of both units.

Have had this for a few weeks now and seems reasonably accurate. The remote sensor is powered by 2 AAA batteries and the base station can be powered by either 3 AAA batteries or the included USB cable. The manual goes into great detail, which is lucky for me that I didn't have a weather station before. I didn't have any connection issues, but the remote sensor and base station are only about 8m apart as the remote is on my balcony and the base station is in my living room.

*Review updated after wrong review is on wrong item* I have had many weather stations over the past year and this is by far the best. The main unit is mains powered and powered by a USB cable. Once you find the RCC signal it is operational. I had a few issues with directionality on the main display as the range I wanted meant it had to be sideways. In the same position, turning meant a signal was received. I mounted it on the back panel and immediately activated the DST signal. I've read online that the way the antennas are located inside can be a bit iffy, but if you're not getting a signal just give it a try. The outdoor reader connects without interference over an area of around 8 m. The battery housing seems to be well made and looks weatherproof. The readings are actually very accurate. Even in direct sunlight, the thermometer shows accurate temperatures. I've had others that literally read 42° in direct sunlight, but this one compares identically to my thermometer. There are no exaggerated numbers. The main display shows both temperature and humidity and also shows current pressure values. Awesome as my others have never done it. Once set up over Daylight Saving Time, it will automatically connect and sync, give you a Sat Imagine display, and sync the date and time. The display can also set the moon phase. You can of course enter all the information manually, but I used this feature to do everything automatically. It has an alarm function so it can be used as a bedside table (I don't think I've used that function yet as it's in the kitchen) and it has a snooze button. Use the snooze button to control the brightness of the display. Firmly press and then to go through the different levels. You can also set temperature alarms, you can change these between -20 and 50°. The indicator will sound when they get hurt. The manual is a bit cheesy and makes no sense to me. Luckily I was able to navigate through RCC thanks to the automatic setup, but the manual says things that are scattered throughout. I ended up ignoring it. You just happen to find certain features in the information about other features, and then you first need to understand how to get there. The only thing I'm not sure about is the current weather icons. I thought they might change with the weather but mine stayed sunny with clouds even at night. That's the only flaw and it's 10x better than anything else I've used lately.
