SKU: GW40.0007
CO2 monitor that also includes temperature and humidity sensors. Has a battery that can be charged or you can leave it plugged in. Display is nice and bright, I have it plugged in so leave display “always on”. Very pleased with this monitor.

This is a really good looking device. Often you see them in pictures and they look great but then when you get them, they look and feel cheap. Not so with this detector. It looks as good as the pictures. It feels well built. The display is clear and vibrant. It comes with a charging cord and you supply any USB charger.
It registers your carbon monoxide readings, temperature and humidity. Mine showed 0000 with a happy face in my house (which is good) so to test it, I lit my gas grill. As I brought it closer to the exhaust of the grill, the numbers steadily increased until I had it close enough to be in the danger level. The display gives you the option of always being on, being off (if you are trying to sleep) or on for 10 minutes then off. And what is great is that it gives you the option to switch between F/C for temperature.
It is stylish, well built, has a built in stand and does its job. I'm glad I got it.

Never thought about carrying an O2 detector while traveling or even when camping, but ABSOLUTELY in the house around the gas heater. I was thinking that I need this o2 detector because my gas house heater is older than most people I know. This is slick looking and has a Nest thermostat feel to it. Comes with a small pull-out kickstand but wish it would have had a place on the back of it to hang on the wall. The screen is incredibly easy to read and understand. You can't misunderstand the color ranking if there is an alert, the smiley face (with or without a smile), the exact PPM display, house temp and humidity sensor readings. If you're going to sit it on the counter, note that the charge only last about 4 days, but does come with a micro USB charge cable (no ac plug). Overall glad I have this, just not looking forward to it EVER doing what it's supposed to.

super useful and practical carbon monoxide detector, it also gives you the humidity in the environment and the current temperature where you install it, very useful to measure carbon monoxide levels in your home, it is easy to understand if you do not have this alarm at home I highly recommend purchasing this

You can see the size is not big but not small either. The numbers are very easy to read and shows what I need. I like to know how humid it is and is a plus that shows the temperature but this really shines with letting us know if we are in danger with one fatal thing we can’t see or smell like it is Carbon Monoxide. I am really happy I got this home to protect those I love. I wish I got it way back.
The charge should take a good long time.

Nice idea to have for safety. I was pleased that it didn’t detect any carbon monoxide in my house when I tested it out
It was cool that it also tells you the temp and humidity level
Overall seems a nice unit that has an easy to read screen

I’m not one to test a product in a hazardous environment, so I’m presuming that it is working properly. I am sitting in a room with no combustion taking place, and it’s showing zero CO present. The temperature and relative humidity are in line with a nearby weather station, so that’s pretty accurate. The battery is charging, and my plan is to use it as a backup to the CO alarms I have on the camper and boat. I like the portability and the fact that it is battery operated. Price wise, it’s not the most expensive nor the least expensive.

This CO detector is very nice to look at.
Everything you need to know about what it does is nicely displayed on the 3 inch circular screen.
In a large and brightly lit display it shows you the amount of Carbon Monoxide present as well as
the temperature and humidity of the surrounding area.
Very nice if you are an herpetologists or need to keep your pet tarantula in optimum conditions.
But is what it displays accurate?
The humidity displayed exactly matched the amount shown on my smart thermostat.
According to my trusty thermometer, the temperature was out a tiny bit.
I looked for a method to calibrate it, but sadly this unit does not support that function.
Not that precise temperature accuracy matters much - the detection of Carbon Monoxide is what really counts.
My unit displays ZERO ppm of Carbon Monoxide - which is re-assuring to know.
As this unit is so portable and can be recharged with a regular 5V USB phone charger, I will be taking this with us in our small motorhome travels.
The motorhome has a propane heater, stove and fridge, so an O2 monitor is a must.
What I like about this CEKKIENA Carbon Monoxide Detector:
- The look and feel of it
- The portability and ease of use.
- The display can be changed to always on, or off after ten minutes.
- Color coded light that indicates various degrees of CO detected.. ( green = OK, yellow = 100-200 ppm
red+siren alarm = more than 200ppm)
- Celsius or Fahrenheit display
- 90 hours of use on one charge.
Negatives:
Not really negatives, but this unit cannot be wall-mounted as the USB connector is located on the back of the unit.
There's a flip-out stand at the back of the unit so it can be set on a shelf, counter top, or mantle.
During R.V. travels, it would have to sit in a drawer.
I'm really glad I have this .... some added security for my family - and I'm looking forward to using it in the motorhome..
