Phenomenal so far / but just installed. For the first time ever that me, my wife and two daughters enter the house with your fingerprint. Great method. love it

Great fingerprint door handle. Easy functionality and access. I recommend this product.

I appreciate the simplicity of the product. The fingerprint reader doesn't read every time because your finger has to be in exactly the right place to work, and it required some modifications to the door to get the mechanism up far enough to engage the door frame, but otherwise it was easy to use.

Simple enough and with really great features. The only criticism I have is that it sometimes doesn't read prints well, even though I put in many positions of the same finger. Otherwise easy to install and meets expectations

I initially gave a bad review of the fingerprint feature, but it was user error! When I finished programming everything was great! I love the product

like to keep my bedroom door locked when we have a house full of teenagers. I was tired of carrying my key around or hiding it somewhere and pulling it out when I needed it. We bought it after looking at and comparing many brands. The change was very easy, it only took me a few minutes. The instructions were very easy to follow. Programming was easy; Again, the instructions were easy to follow. When programming your thumbprint, make sure that when you tap it three times, you move your thumb a little so that it reads different parts of your thumb. This way, virtually no matter how you put your thumb on it, it will read to unlock it for you. It holds 18 fingerprints, so I actually added mine twice just so I could have more angles at which to hold my thumb to unlock. We really like the user-friendliness. It is very well made. It's a solid feeling. And it's stylish. I was worried it would look bulky and ugly since my previous door handle was very pretty, but it's not bad at all. We've been using it for a few months and the batteries are still going strong. I've been thinking about another solution for our front door, but I'm not entirely convinced about moving away from a key entry for our main entrance. I guess I'm just a little too old-fashioned.

Installation was very easy and everything we needed was in the box. Adding fingerprints was easy and could be added for multiple fingers and multiple angles, ensuring my finger would be recognized even if I didn't press it exactly the same way every time. My 5 year old has a small problem with the fingerprint sensor, but we are still with him at all times. However, my older child has no problem with it. The app worked well for adding new fingerprints. One idea for future improvement is to allow the app to connect to the device over Wi-Fi in addition to Bluetooth, so I can access fingerprint logs and unlock the device from anywhere in my house, rather than just within Bluetooth range to have to be located. Another recommendation I give to the manufacturer is to allow the user to set a code length of less than 8 digits. When using the code method instead of the fingerprint method, entering 8 digits is too tedious. You can recommend 8 digits, but you should allow the user to choose less if they really want to (e.g. 4 digit code). Overall, I am still very happy with this purchase and would recommend this product to others. I also like that it offers multiple methods to unlock (fingerprint, numeric code, physical key).

Installation was easy and programming is easy too! This was exactly what we needed to stop our teenager from taking all of our toiletries

This is a great product and I would give it five stars. With a code it's great, but if you forget the code your fingerprint will work. If you ever forget to replace the battery you have a key, so I love the different options perfect for guests or family members. I gave it four stars because the instructions are not from someone who speaks English well. It was hard to read and understand and misspelled, turning a 5 minute install into a 45 minute install. In the end, I just figured it out myself - I was able to write the instructions myself.

This is a great product. Easy installation. I love the elegant matte black. This will definitely keep my kids out of my room
