Does what it is meant to. My grandson is six and loves using it. A bit flimsy- all plastic, but does the trick. Expensive for the quality of the plastic.

my grandson who turned 6 absolutely loves this his brother, aunt and myself have all had some great adventures with him using it, he gets so excited when he finds something. I would recommend this for beginning adventurers

I bought this for my 9 year old granddaughter. When I opened it, I thought because it was soo light, it would be cheap and not work well. I was extremely surprised! We are at the beach and it’s keeping up with her grandpa and his expensive one!

Perfect for the kids. Easy to use and set up. Fairly accurate in finding iron based materials some down as deep as 16 inches. Pretty narrow left and right locating. But again great for the kids!

My almost 8 year old granddaughter loves this! Easy for her to use and the pack for carrying it all is great for her!

This device works as advertised and is light weight too. My grandson found several “treasures” the first time he took it to the park.

My grandson so enjoyed finding treasure. You will be amazed at how much fun a 7 year old will have searching the back yard. Can’t wait for a trip to the beach. Detector is very durable but I would encourage the protection plan. They are kids.

My son has found bucket loads of metal using this detector. He uses it all the time. It doesn’t have all the features of a really expensive one, but he finds stuff every time he goes out. So it is perfect.

This was a birthday present for my 8 yr old grandson. He didn’t hardly put it down the entire day. It was really an awesome buy. Everything worked so good on it. He continues to use it daily his mom said!!
